Making it simple for everyone:
Here, the strategy is to accumulate and increase the number of shares from a fixed capital.
Benifit : Number of shrares increases , price of shares increases over a period of time. Double benifit.
How it works: Buy low, sell high. With the same capital on reversal, buy more shares of the same fundamentally good stock. Taking advantage of the price up and down of the same share, you are increasing the number of shares. Additionally, there is a benefit of price increase.
Conditions: Compnay must be fundamentally strong.
Observe the technicals for price changes with support and resistance. Learn volume price action. Follow quarterly sales and earnings, new product launches, etc. Understand the company 100%.
