For some reason I lost your channel during covid but was thinking yof you the other day and then you popped up again. So glad your looking into chemicals ect. I've started using organic coconut oil after my shower, it's winter here in Australia and my skin gets so dry and scaley, we have a lot of fluoride in our water also. I've also started filtering our drinking water until I can afford a full how osmosis set up but definitely try the coconut oil, it's so lovely and I've not been itchy all winter 🥰 it's super cheap!!

I have been using scrub daddies since they came out...the only sponge I use EVER...they do NOT scratch anything, windows, mirrors, cookwear, etc! AND they NEVER smell or mildew! Best product ever..

So many good things on your list! But I have to say my favorite is the 7 Minerals Aloe Vera Gel. I'm one of the people you mentioned who isn't a huge fan of a lot of lotions. I don't like highly perfumed lotions, unless they're made to match my perfume by the company who makes it, and I hate anything that sits in my skin and feels wet or greasy or sticky. The 7 Minerals gel has a fresh, natural non-scent aloe smell that goes away almost immediately and it feels refreshing. It absorbs into your skin very quickly and leaves no sticky residue behind. My dog has skin issues and he even loves it! It soothes the irritation and cools inflammation. He doesn't tolerate things very well as he has some sensory issues and doesn't like things on his skin, etc. But a few years ago I talked him into letting me put a little on one spot. Before long he was allowing it all over his back and head and will actually ask for it! So Kirby (my profile pic) gives it two paws up, as well! 🐾

I am in a different country, so have to be creative sometimes and find replacements available on Australian Amazon. But yeah, I appreciate your recommendations so much, and more and more with each successful purchase. Thank you! I didn't know remineralizing toothpaste exists! I had base of tongue cancer and the radiation caused my teeth to demineralize and no dentist told me this exists! I really hope it helps!!

Organic coffee beans can have mould as they’re not sprayed with pesticides so if you don’t know ask the company if they test for mycotoxins. Purity coffee and kion coffee are tested for mould.
Flossing toothbrushes are my favorite! I’ll have to try that brand. I’ll have to check out the Boka toothpaste. I hate fluoride & haven’t used it for years. I’m glad to know there’s an alternative that’s safer.

What does your dentist say when you tell him or her that you believe fluoride is toxic? Genuinely curious! Also, those bamboo sheets are something else. I bought two king sets for myself and gave one as a gift and got great feedback from her about them! They’re so silky smooth and cooling. And not just that, but if you check in every now and then, you can snag a king set for $35-40. I never paid more than 41 for any of the sets I bought. Amazing deal.

I love you just the way you are…I loved you sharing your clutter…so thankful that I am not alone. I am loving your recommendation of “Symbiotics Colostrum” it has been so beneficial for helping me stay well or get well or avoid needing antibiotics more often. I feel like it also helped my husbands tummy issues…always remember that God chose you to be the mom of both of your boys and they are different just as we all are…maybe have that conversation with Paxton and maybe just have check ins with him if you feel unsure. I too am a boy mom and had some of the same feelings and also one son was such a handful with behavior issues etc…so that also was a struggle and I also gave him his space as the first born. The second one I was a little more extra loving and snuggly with the second son so we have that kind of bond…where the bond with the first born is different. Maybe that helps. Loved this video and still love you and a little more insight to try e real you! You’ve recommended a charcoal toothpaste in the past which I’m still using and it’s really helped me with sensitivity. Do you like this one better? Trying to see if I should switch. Also you recommended pink beauty blenders in the past. They came in a bag. But they have this weird film on them so they don’t absorb and also don’t wash well. I think there is also a casein free and low lactose colostrum for people with dairy issues- I think it may be from a goat instead of cow --I just bought one after dr berg on UA-cam recommended it for helping to heal leaky gut.... reviewers said you can mix it with electrolyte powder... Also, those bamboo sheets are something else. I bought two king sets for myself and gave one as a gift and got great feedback from her about them! They’re so silky smooth and cooling. And not just that, but if you check in every now and then, you can snag a king set for $35-40. I never paid more than 41 for any of the sets I bought. Amazing deal.

Hi shea I live in the UK and just watched this video and I love using the scrub daddy too, you were saying about yours being white and yeah I used one in same colour but now I have a grey one had it 3 months and you can put it in your dishwasher to clean it they are brilliant you can also get a scrub daddy sponge holder which has little suckers on the back to put it where you want near the kitchen sink, so good, love your videos x

I love you just the way you are…I loved you sharing your clutter…so thankful that I am not alone. I am loving your recommendation of “Symbiotics Colostrum” it has been so beneficial for helping me stay well or get well or avoid needing antibiotics more often. I feel like it also helped my husbands tummy issues…always remember that God chose you to be the mom of both of your boys and they are different just as we all are…maybe have that conversation with Paxton and maybe just have check ins with him if you feel unsure. I too am a boy mom and had some of the same feelings and also one son was such a handful with behavior issues etc…so that also was a struggle and I also gave him his space as the first born. The second one I was a little more extra loving and snuggly with the second son so we have that kind of bond…where the bond with the first born is different. Maybe that helps. Loved this video and still love you and a little more insight to try e real you! I think there is also a casein free and low lactose colostrum for people with dairy issues- I think it may be from a goat instead of cow --I just bought one after dr berg on UA-cam recommended it for helping to heal leaky gut.... reviewers said you can mix it with electrolyte powder... I just started it a few days ago but am hoping it helps fix some symptoms caused by leaky gut
