[RPCS3] wipEout HD Zone 166

Trying zone mode with uncapped FPS. While it does feel great to play on uncapped FPS, there are a lot of functions in the retail release that is tied to FPS, for example
- Camera shaking effect
- Multiple visual effects
- Zone scoring
- Your ship is in the air for a lot less higher the FPS, making advanced barrel rolls hard, or even impossible
- A lot of frontend functions (HD background works fine though...)

There are unused voicelines from Wipeout 2048 (for its crossplay wipeout hd mode) that indicated there to have been "Transonic" (which would have been around Mach 1) and "Hypersonic" speed classes at one point, but those never came to be.
