So people clearly know what they want. Safety is not only the priority there are other important factors like reliability, mechanical quality etc.. People has the right to choose what they want, their money their wish..Note: Successful people don't put others down for their success. Here some famous brands put others down to increase their sales. It will not work that way. Trust isn't given its earned.

Indian people's mindset also matter here, they rarely prefer to experiment and try something new, Most people NEVER KNOW how or where to buy the best of anything for the same or less money they pay, Maruti has exploited it very well and consistently increased profits by mediocre products, their engineers work only on cost cutting, they sell mediocre yet tried and tested parts which you defined as build quality, thats not how quality is evaluated. A plain vanilla WagonR cost around 7 lakh now, you'll say thats the money you pay for reliability ? If other competing brands didn't explicitly criticized Maruti's unethical practices, our consumers will continue to be blind and lived with "peace of mind"( in born laziness of our people ) and the standard of products never gets on par with industry standards.

Interesting video, the un-scripted talk, Maruti itself is a brand image and every common man is only talking about mileage, 'kitna deta hai', so I guess probably the reason on why they do not want to do some likes similar to the POLO. Quick note, post the Oil-Run-Diesel has that vehicle managed to survive, would be good to know how that is coping up as well. Kudos JD & Vivek
when I was coming from Chennai to kerala in my dual jet swift that Android auto is not working properly, Almost in the middle of the way at night complete system got hung and get switched of for 4-5minutes,this happened to me 2 times in that trip. Rest all is good I have clocked above 160 with little struggle but it's of for a swift and mileage is around 18kmph(depending upon driving style).

@@aravindar522 Yes, but that's not what I wish someone like them spend their time on , Maruti is already insanely overrated , more praises from such genuine enthusiasts could only help to boost their sales, potential buyers of other cars could rethink and settle down in a Maruti at last, hopefully we've somehow get past of that sick period where only swift were sold in the hatchback segment.

Other cars are also selling quite well now..Maruti cars are not the "Best" but they are definitely more well rounded cars than competition that's why they are selling more..then again even with heavy hatered towards maruti from other brands/peoples, still in Top10 cars Top7 are from Maruti's in monthly sales. So people clearly know what they want. Safety is not only the priority there are other important factors like reliability, mechanical quality etc.. People has the right to choose what they want, their money their wish..Note: Successful people don't put others down for their success. Here some famous brands put others down to increase their sales. It will not work that way. Trust isn't given its earned.
@@aravindar522 Mate, things are not that straight and easy like you've explained. Maruti is certainly overrated, overpriced, under equipped and run-of-the-mill cars considering any other brand in competition. Indian people's mindset also matter here, they rarely prefer to experiment and try something new, Most people NEVER KNOW how or where to buy the best of anything for the same or less money they pay, Maruti has exploited it very well and consistently increased profits by mediocre products, their engineers work only on cost cutting, they sell mediocre yet tried and tested parts which you defined as build quality, thats not how quality is evaluated. A plain vanilla WagonR cost around 7 lakh now, you'll say thats the money you pay for reliability ? If other competing brands didn't explicitly criticized Maruti's unethical practices, our consumers will continue to be blind and lived with "peace of mind"( in born laziness of our people ) and the standard of products never gets on par with industry standards.

Interesting video, the un-scripted talk, Maruti itself is a brand image and every common man is only talking about mileage, 'kitna deta hai', so I guess probably the reason on why they do not want to do some likes similar to the POLO. when I was coming from Chennai to kerala in my dual jet swift that Android auto is not working properly,
Almost in the middle of the way at night complete system got hung and get switched of for 4-5minutes,this happened to me 2 times in that trip.
Rest all is good I have clocked above 160 with little struggle but it's of for a swift and mileage is around 18kmph(depending upon driving style).
