    Hey, thanks for all the great instruction ive been drawing non stop lately and enjoying that Loomis book you recommended. You got my back on track after a 10 year numbing period. Im curious if theres a way to judge size while using an ipad, because im aware you use a tv. If you have any tips becuae some of my drawings are small and the detail while tough to do is not filling my sketchpad as well as id like. One of these days ill join patreon, maybe next cheque. Cheers
    Greg

    After watching a couldnt stop thinking Alcatraz mug shots would be perfect, they are black and white mainly also which is great for cast shadows.
    They are all over Google images, some real characters also and dont worry about the crimes they are all dead and paid there dues by now. Well most of um.

    • @CuriousTrotter
      @CuriousTrotter 3 роки тому +4

      Here's another question for you: Can you draw a box in perspective and turn it around? Same principle for the head but more complex. It's all basically forms put together (sphere of the head, box of the jaw etc.), so once you understand a head in geometrical forms, you can draw it without reference.

    Is it more important to draw the head in different angles rather than the skull? Cause I've been trying to draw the skull in different angles, and I'm finding it difficult..

    • @damariuswingfield2144
      @damariuswingfield2144 3 роки тому +1

      True. A lot of people when drawing the head forgot about it's dimensions from different angles. Even when you draw it in one angle, you have to be mindful of others.

    • @alejandrofigueroa7262
      @alejandrofigueroa7262 3 роки тому

      everybody have a bottom lip , but when you draw you do that line with women and black people in the mostly case
