The documentation can be transparently checked and discussed among the parents who have to wait for staff to show up.
Fair swap, and morale would probably change soon...
@@Xinoftruden lmaooo it's because you guys don't pay your teachers enough and have resorted to these things. You want this kind of shit anywhere else. When you become a teacher you also sign for all the nuances that come with it. And parents can be late for a variety of reasons, traffic, can't leave the job etc etc. It's similar to how servers bitch about doing their jobs. If they were paid enough no one would be unhappy.
Honestly that DOES sound fair and understandable (if) that's the case, but I truly do feel sorry for other parents N even single parents who actually can't manage things for a certain amount of time if they're adjusting to just losing their husband/wife or even if the parent was an orphan and has no other family members to help babysit because they accidently knocked up someone (respectfully saying this btw) that is if the other didn't want a child and dump the kid on the other parent.
🤷 Sadly facts hurt N it's just so sad too for the kid being constantly bounced around from place to place if that happens to happen too.
@@Xinoftruden 16 children? Where do you live to have only 16 children per classroom? Where I live it can go up to double that amount. You're also saying they were watching them all day as if a teacher's job was just to babysit kids.
One of those power trip
Dude her acting was so good that i wanted to snap my phone in half out of hatred
I love Bill Burr❤. Nothing but truth in what it is!
The late for pick up didn't work in real life. The schools that implemented this made the parents feel like they are paying for babysitting and intentionally arrived up to 2 hours late because they felt it's fair as they're paying for a service
So it had thr opposite effect
"Sir, its a dollar for every minute your late"
"Of course it is, my mom's been late for like 25 years and counting...."🤣🤣🤣
He's actually right. This is a great film
If she makes you mad then she's a great actress
Not really. Probably being herself & not acting whatsoever

@@iitzDiRTYwhat’s the point in saying obvious bullshit? What benefit does anyone, even just yourself, gain from doing that. Genuinely curious.
Lol, he was trying to be polite until she pissed him off! XD
She is such a good actor!!!
She wasnt acting....She has years of practice
Bill making those italian hand gestures😂😂😂
The “omg” girl got me
My little sister's school does the dollar every minute you're late thing but only AFTER 15 mins. She gets out at three, so at 3:15 the timer starts. Makes a lot more sense, plus teachers are getting reimbursed for overtime
None of that makes sence lmfao... You don't charge to pick up your kid.. shit happens
Nice so the schools have babysitters now? Sweet, I’ll show up 2 hours late, what will $15 cover that? Oh $20 gotcha, thanks, I’ll make sure to give 5 stars
@@rodneyfultz2631 Until you consider that on the flipside, there's a teacher that's being forced to do overtime every day and a school that needs to pay for it. You might be the late parent once a month, but that teacher has to deal with late parents every day.
Obviously this here isn't the right solution, just doesn't work (has the opposite effect, actually) and paying per minute is just extreme, but the "fuck you" solution is that the school just leaves the kids unattended the moment school hours are finished. Show some empathy to the people who consistently give more of their time to keep your kids safe.
Stupid….just more social bullshit!
@@scotthill1600 1$ per minute late.
2 hours is 120 minutes.
120 times 1$ is 120$.
-15$ for the 15 minute grace period would come out to exactly 105$.
So you wanna pay 105$ every day just to be 2 hours late? Gotcha.
Perhaps you do need to go back to school if you can't even do that incredibly simple math correctly.
The best Dad he is ...
"Dont walk away from me"
"Dont talk back to me" 😂😂
“Daddy, what’s a c**t ?” Had me dying😂😂😂
When my brother has to pick me up from school, he is usually a couple hours late but the school couldn’t care less because it’s high school and I am responsible for myself.
Migs Mayfield did a great job as Bill Burr here
An absolute classic comeback line, for the ages!!!
She didn't know who Mr.Burr is ?
She does now !
Being on time is important, but sometimes it is difficult to find parking.
I would recommend reading the handbook once and then next time pulling your car up into the actual front yard due to the limited parking so that you are not late again. You can always let her know you worked extra hard to make sure you were not late this time. 😅
That " oh my God " can piss anybody off in TWO SECONDS. I really think women don't understand how much danger they are in sometimes
I love how he gives her a warning, then reprimands her, and only after all that screams at her bc now he knows that’s all she’ll listen to and he gave her a chance
His answer to his son's question should have been "that lady there "and pointed at her.
I’ve done this IRL the teacher was being a B###h to a few and wouldn’t let the parents take there kids home unless they did a class and if we didn’t she would call the cops and CPS
So, she basically kidnapped the children?
Whoa ... Bro can you go into more details? I need to know this because my kiddo will be going to school soon in an "un-free" state. You may have some valuable information because idk if I could keep myself from fvcking yelling at them.
Next time, I'd get there late, but with the added detail of having my phone on record to log that little threat
Cops and school board would be very interested in hearing that I reckon

Bill burr is so good at being angry, he always sells it
When I was 6 years old one day my mother was over 1 hour late picking me up from school. The school had closed for the day and everyone had left, leaving me sitting alone by the front door of the school, completely alone.

Average American Teacher.
My dad did it and the teacher never bothered us. It works
Lmfao Bill Burr gotta love him 😂😂😂😂
When I was in American and the youngest was getting picked up by my wife there could be 40+ f'ing minivans all queuing up to get their kids. Freaking impossible to 'guarantee' being early for everyone, depends when you hit the queue.

Two things: 1. If you explained that there were no spaces to park, this should be the end of the conversation. 2. There are people like this and they need to stop their entire life and rethink it.
This is what happens when you tell someone off who has never been told off before in their life.
I love the fact that he answered instead of telling him not to say that word😂😂😂
