Don’t give up hope guys! It’s definitely possible! I’ve had PCOS since 16yrs old. I have had a total of 3 losses however I have 5 healthy children. Never give up!

julie gempesaw There wasn’t anything that I did differently. I had started birth control for a bit then stopped and I ended up pregnant. I always found that I couldn’t get pregnant if I was actually thinking about it. I would get pregnant when I wasn’t trying. I’m not sure if it was because it was less stressful but that’s what worked for me.

You blew my mind with the emotional root of pcos. I had very traumatic experiences with my father and men since a young age and I did all of those things like gain weight and not wanting to be pretty . I also feel like I’ve suppressed my creative passion for my whole life . I’m amazed. Thank you so much for this

I definitely agree there are emotional roots to PCOS and infertility in general. I have not been diagnosed with PCOS, but I have high anxiety and know that when I am stressed my periods become irregular and sometimes I will even skip a month. It is SO important to focus on your mental health and stress when TTC.

OMG this is soooo accurate...I was first of all always told by my mom she wishes I had been a boy (in a nice way) - I was quite a tom boy growing up as a result and did laborious jobs like market trading, heavy lifting and factory work! I have gone on to be a very independent, self sufficient woman who is now running her own business...but I do feel a bit too masculine at times and feel the need to be competitive with men and fight for womens equal rights etc - to top it off I DID want to be an actress/singer/dancer when I was younger and was told NO! So that really impacted me growing up as well!
I have just found out today I have mild PCOS and that it may be impacting my conception journey (although the scan showed a released egg as well?!!) ..anyways this led me to researching it and coming across your video! It is so informative and deep...thank you so much for sharing this, I will be checking out all your videos now! :)

Definitely agree there's something emotional tied to it, as my parents divorce , dad cheating and elder sister died around the same time my first period started and I hated it and as I was in boarding school and felt so alone. Yeah I definitely need to look into that. I also used to draw and sing in a big choir which I stopped in college. So there's a lot of emotional and psychological healing I should be looking into. I feel like crying, you gave me hope. I never thought about the femininity/creative suppression and yes, I did that and I am still doing it without realizing. My life was not that easy, I grew up without my mother or a feminine figure and I had no idea what this meant. My relationship with my father is and was always awesome, but the mother figure was not present in my life. And I remember how frustrated I was about how I looked like and I never found myself to be beautiful. I was and I am still hiding my body in clothes, but at least now I am trying to wear more feminine clothes. I will also start drawing and writing again as I used to do in my teenage years. Thank you very much! You totally changed my perspective.

I have PCOS too. Unfortunately, treatments gave no results. I did a couple of ivf rounds with my eggs - still nothing. At the time I had the 3rd round I was 37. I decided not to waste more time and turn to the donor eggs option. The hardest part I think was finding a clinic. I decided to go abroad as the procedure is very complicated here in the UK. I contacted 3 or 4 Ukrainian clinics. Eventually, I chose BTC. It has high success rates and many good reviews. Also, I liked the communication. I hate it when clinics respond like they are robots or smth. My first meeting was a couple of weeks ago. All needed medical tests are done! My Dr gave me a treatment plan. So now I'm following the instructions and get ready for the transfer! I'm so nervous and excited at the same time! I hope it will work for me! Wish me luck!

It can be SO hard especially because short term results are hardly there and because when you have PCOS often the Dr's blame it on your weight when you weight is the result of your hormone imbalance. So unfair.... Also if you've been on bc for so long I suspect it is related... one of the videos will be on that so stay on the lookout!

As a PCOS sufferer, conceiving is not the most painful part of this condition. Thankfully, me and my partner have a child-free, beautiful and fulfilling life. PCOS goes beyond that! The pain, both physical and mental is overwhelming. Not to mention the risks of many life threatening diseases such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, risk of diabetes, it's all very debilitating. So even though the infertility might have turn out to be a bright side for us, there are a lot of though symptoms of this conditions that I've had to learn how to deal and manage.

I know this video was posted 2 years ago but I do hope you will still read this I was able to be pregnant before having PCOS, and I lost my child, Ive had preeclampsia which cause me to prematurely deliver the baby through emergency Csection. My baby died of complications due to prematurity, and the country which I am from does not provide the needed health care specially when you are poor. Years after that I was diagnosed with PCOS, I think the trauma, failures, and depression over the years had caused my hormones to be imbalanced. I've been dealing with PCOS for 5 years now and I am turning 35 and I feel like time is running out for me. I am afraid that this wound of losing a child will never be healed.

I never really understood emotional triggers for PCOS, until I started to loose weight and overcome my depression. I’ve always been the “fat friend” and used my PCOS as a excuse as to why I couldnt loose weight. I had a miscarriage and I always blamed myself for it, it wasn’t until I realised how self destructing that mindset was I began to change. I’ve hid in baggy shirts and shut myself off. Now I’m in such a happier place I’ve lost 22lbs and counting, my cycles are back on track and my hair growth isn’t as rapid. I truly believe being healthy both physically and mentally can have such a positive impact on PCOS.

My biggest question with PCOS is how do we really know that we ovulated or if we had an anovulatory cycle?

    • @deadbeats4417

when you ovulate your breasts get tender, and you feel cramps, also your vaginal discharge changes

Hi I had that problem too. I also have PCOS with very long cycles (average 48 days), I tracked everything and started paying attention to symptoms during my cycles, to my CM and how it changed through my cycle. I wrote down when I got watery CM and noticed that after that moment, exactly 14 days I menstruated. So I went to my Obgyn and he could see in the ultrasound the follicule that was maturing or growing and that could possibly cause ovulation, he then asked me to come the next week to see if I did in fact ovulate. Went back the next week, and it showed perfectly on the ultrasound, the follicule had kind of exploded and changed its form, and there was liquid on the side of my ovaries that I had ovulated from. I was really relieved. Hope this info helps, and definitely talk to your Obgyn to help you pinpoint your ovulation day to see if he/she can observe it with an ultrasound.

    1. My biggest struggle seems to be the high LH hormone. BBT is great for seeing when ovulation has occurred but I want to know right before it’s going to happen. Last month I didn’t have a problem with the opk strips but this month they look close to positive for weeks. 2. I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks in December and I would love to know how to prevent a miscarriage when you have pcos.

I love your videos... thank you so, so much for the PCOS ones. I am 42, struggling with PCOS all my life, and the doctor recently told me that it is possible to get pregnant but I have a very small window to try. I must say I was told during my reproductive years that I was not going to be able to have any children. Thanks to your videos and arduous research I have found that it is totally possible and I am learning to trigger the issue from within. My question is: How can women with PCOS control that stress hormone and be relaxed enough to become pregnant? I struggle with anxiety, stress and depression and what a big eye opener your videos have achieved in me!!

Once you stop taking sugars , and take magnesium, vitamin D3 and zinc you will start losing weight and your fertility will improve because these supplements act on weight and on your fertility indirectly .
Take extra virgin coconut oil and cow ghee , stop using regular commercial oils .
On your 6-7 day of cycle take fennel seeds + Dil seeds + cumin seeds powder in water empty stomach ...
Once you lose good weight in 1-2 months your pcos will get better

Pco won't affect your ability to conceive that much as Pcos does. Pco are just regular cystst on the ovaries or on the ovaries which appear and subside on their own most of the time. In ocos, the follicles fill with fluid when the eggs stop developing, because of the hormonal imbalance. They start developping then suddenly stop, and those little follicles fill with fluid, and you won't have an ovulation because of that.

What if you are lean and you have Pcos and you are trying to conceive?

  • @chrissiellis9399
    @chrissiellis9399 4 роки тому

I hope this post isnt too old and that someone will respond. I have PCOS (I am lean and eat very healthy) I dont really track my periods (because they're so crazy/whacky) so I really dont know all the information on my cycles, like I should.
But I have some general knowledge from my last flow.
I had AF April 11-19th, according to my period app, I ovulated on/around the 23rd of April. Obviously DH and I DTD on/off through those days. Around the 30th I had mild abdominal cramping and nothing else. Then 2 days later on May 2nd I noticed brown spotting (I never have brown spotting btw) which prompted me to begin to be hopeful of it being possible implantation bleeding. Then a couple days later, yesterday and today (May 3rd and 4th) I had some reddish brown spotting and now its bright red. Very light still and it's only when I wipe, I haven't even had any red blood on my pantyliner yet. 🤷‍♀️ Only the brown and it wasnt a lot.
Things I feel I should note:
    I am a healthy weight/BMI.
I eat a very well balanced diet for my hormones/condition.
    DH has no issues.
    There are/were no clots.
I have never been pregnant before.
I have never taken any form of birth control.
Other than really hungry, there's been no other symptoms.
I'm not taking any ferrtility medications, I have only been taking Omega-3 and prenatal supplements.
I have taken a HPT yesterday and BFN.
    I am currently (May 4th 2020) 11 DPO.
My question is: Has anyone else personally experienced bright red IB and gotten a BFP
Thanks in advance for any and all responses. I'll do my best to keep y'all updated on the outcome.

@@Iamyoursubscriber413 I have only been taking it for about 3 weeks (the one I use is called PCOSense). I have long cycles due to very late ovulation. My last cycle was 63 days long and I ovulated on day 51. I am currently on cycle day 14 and have been experiencing ovulation symptoms which is the earliest I have in a very long time! I can't say for sure it's the inositol, and I can't say for sure I will actually ovulate this early (I'm tracking BBT and need to confirm a temp rise), but I am feeling hopeful!

I spoke to my fertility doctor. She said I have no cyst, no thicking lining wall, and my tubes looks good. The only problem is my weight gain. I am doing the best I can but barely have time to hit the gym due to my job hours. Try so hard and I feel so ugly.

My biggest issue is that my doctors do not know what they are doing. They keep trying to put me on "the pill". I want to get pregnant not prevent it. So yes I did have the pill when I was a teenager. I have always been forced into sexual intercourse when I was 4-5. I have self esteem issues because I was always bullied by men in school, and I was kidnapped when I was 19. I have hair growth on my face and believe myself to be a woman but I have a tomboyish tendency. I have also been struggling with this since I was a teenager because I wanted to be a writer and my adopted parents did not nurture my skills as a writer and always treated me like a maid. Meaning I couldn't do anything I wanted to do. If I tried to write a book my adoptive mother would read it then burn it. And I am currently in an abusive home. My landlord constantly has me frightened but I am moving out secretly.

Nanami Suzuki you’re doctors are trying to put you on the pill because it it regulates estrogen and ovulation. I understand you are trying to get pregnant but understanding how the pill works will help you to understand how being on the pill could actually HELP you get pregnant faster and easier once you’re off it. But you have to be on it for a while first.

I just discovered your channel a couple of days ago and I’m already a huge fan! Love your peaceful energy!
About a month ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, at 27. Went for a normal check up to start TTC and this came out. I wasn’t ovulating so cysts formed in my left ovary. I’ve been a year and a month off the pill and for the past six months I’ve been having so much trouble to recognize wether is my period or not. Could you address this on a future video? I’m feeling pretty lost about my cycle right now. Thanks 🙏🏻

Despite being in the older parental age set, this particular program has changed my whole life around.?

Women with PCOS are advised to balance their hormones with different supplements to help get pregnant. But the majority of said supplements aren't supposed to be taken when we finally do get pregnant. Wouldn't this cause the hormones to go back to being unbalanced resulting in a miscarriage?

OMG I cannot believe it's the first time I hear this. Suppression of creativity is IT! I was drawing a lot as a child but my mom wanted me to take a more practical career path because I was also very good at Math. I've started to paint at the beginning of the pandemic and now I kind of lost motivation because of too much work (I actually ended up working in banking). But I'm definitely going to start again because I'll start TTC in the next few months. I hope it will help, along with diet and yoga.

I have PCOS, and I've enjoyed many of your videos on my ttc journey, but some of your thoughts in this video are very problematic. PCOS is NOT a result of women subconsciously feeling the need to suppress their feminity or creativity. If anything, these feelings of suppression may be results of the hormonal imbalances and body changes involved with PCOS. I looked at your blog post, and the only evidence you cite for this "emotional root" perspective is anecdotal. By citing the feelings of suppression as the root cause, you're encouraging women to believe that their PCOS is their own fault, caused by their own subconscious feelings, and can be changed by addressing these feelings. I agree that it's good to address feelings of suppression, but you seem to be switching cause and effect here and ignoring wider environmental and biological issues that may contribute to PCOS.
In my experience, I only felt distanced from my femininity and creativity AFTER my PCOS symptoms appeared. I'm honestly a bit offended by the suggestion that my excessive hair growth and irregular periods were caused by a subconscious desire to be less feminine.

I have a big testimony to say to the women who have pregnancy problem, I have been married for five years without any child, no pregnancy and i became very sad and lost hope. I have been to doctors and there is nothing medically wrong with me and this really make life so hard for me and this made my husband to turn away from me. My sister in-law told me about DR,UGUEL from the Internet, who have helped people with this similar problem that i am going through so i contacted him and explained to him. He told me not to worry that everything will soon be okay. He cast a spell and it was a miracle to my greatest surprise three days later my husband came back to apologize for all he has done and told me he is fully ready to support me in any thing i want. DR,UGUEL gave me medication and he also gave my husband some things to rub before we made love, few months later i got pregnant and gave birth to twins baby (boy and girl) we are now a happy family. I will advice you to email him now (druguelspellhome1@gmail.com) WhatsApp number +2347056683626.

I ovulate every month (based on the OPK test) and my periods are very regular (every 28-30 days). My OB GYN says I have PCO on my left ovaries however hasn’t prescribed any medication or suggested major lifestyle changes. Wish me luck to conceive naturally 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Wow. This is so on point. I’m a nurse and holistic therapies matched with the right western medicine make so much sense as to looking at the person as a whole and I am working on my Alternative medicine bachelor’s degree! I have PCOS and yes I have Daddy issues, Yes I have had masculine trauma, Yes I am over weight because it has always been safer to be bigger than to feel like the center of attention and when I do lose some weight the fear arises from the PTSD of those traumatic experiences with the fear of those events could happen again. Also Yes I wanted to be a singer but my Mom said No you need to make money. Well, I’m picking up that hobby again. 😂 Thanks for the video! Have a beautiful day! ✌️😜🌸🌈💕 PS. I have 2 boys I gave birth to and I left my ex-husband (who was mentally abusive) found a stress free creative guy and became pregnant a year later with my first miracle baby, then another a year later and now we want a third and then I’m done. 😝 I’d like to have a girl. If I don’t, no problem. I’ll get a cat after that. 😂 Good luck everyone. Also, prayer to your God or Goddess never hurts. Love you! Ciao! ✌️😜🌸🌈🤰🏻
