Beautiful, just wondering how the south pole bull is doing now. I know it might be a bit a difficult question but like how many cows do you think is an ideal number to start a profitable beef operations. And how long will it take to break even ?

Can you breed up from Dexters? I feel like I would have a little bit of a smaller version of South Poll, which I find appealing.
