This was such a blissful experience. Thank you so much. When I held that sternum heart point I immediately felt a big release of sadness and tears started to flow. Beautiful. One question: I find it really difficult to stay in camel, especially around the throat and lower back. Do I let my head hang? Any tips are highly appreciated 🙏🏼 thank you
Sarah, Thanks for practicing with us. I hope you can come practice with us in person one day. I can be very challenging to hold camel. It is generally safe to do that as long as you have no spinal conditions. It might be helpful to pull the lower abdomen in and up. Don't do anything stressful unless you have some in person guidance. LOVE

I'm enquiring to meet some of you in Portugal. I live in Australia and unfortunately US is not on my radar of travel. So I hope Portugal will work out this year ✨️
