Sir, Is accumulation mode and enhancement mode are same..?? Usually in Books only two modes mentioned 1. Enhancement 2. Depletion.. Please clarify this sir.. And Depletion (term) I'm not clear depletion mode process I understand..but what is depletion is I'm not understanding can you please clarify this in normal language
Depletion usually means " to be empty" or " to be lacking" of something. Here, due to repulsion there is lack of electrons near the MO layer and this "empty space" caused the formation of the channel.
really a superbbbbb explanation in 8 minutes....perfect one........
Gate voltage should be positive incase of PMOS to turn off the transistor.
The gate voltage should be positive then the pmos is in Off state
Than the voltage gate is positive PMOS off
Hi sir
Please do videos on CTS in detail with interview questions for experienced ppl
Gate voltage of PMOS should be positive for accumulation.
it is not gate voltage that turns on nmos. It is gate to source voltage difference.
Vg positive : PMOS OFF
how much is vdd at drain for all these modes of operation
Positive for pmos
You have any notes regarding this all vedios
The video themselves are the notes

@@chidvilasyasannithi5689 thanks
depletion means normally close, and enhancement means normally open
Vg is +ve: PMOS is off
Vg>0, pmos - OFF
VG = 0 gets positive pmos is off
