I'm not entirely sure if I understand your question, but you can definitely download your frames. Just make sure to enable the 'Save images' option when exporting your task. You can see how it's done at 3:56 in the video.

sir I have annotated full video frame by frame ..but it does not allow me to export the images..It just export the files where the position or boudning box cordinates store
