Lots of lovely bikes to drool over, my bike of the night would be the Street Cup. It looked great in the Triple Black colours of my Black Beauty. I was very tempted by a yellow and black SC when I got Beauty serviced, thankfully someone else bought it as I pondered over a cup of coffee. When I researched it I was disappointed at its lack of HP, the Thunderbird Sport won its place in my stable.
They were ALL bike of the night and good to see - Bertie sounds wonderful and looks good - great idea holding some footage back for bike hibernation and as always regards from Florida 🦩🦩🦩🦩
Afternoon TAYM, nice treat for a Sunday viewing! @4:13 you were looking at a black Suzuki, possibly a Bandit, in the background there is a blue bike which looked interesting. I think it's a Triumph America but I'm not 100%. If you see it again I'd like a closer look at it if I may😊, please and thankyou
Morning TAYM, nice collection of bikes there, and that last bike on your way out was a Velocette Vogue, the Ariel's didn't have twin headlights, the Leader nor the Arrow. Cheers, Mel
Saw today Chain maintenance day or Back Breaker day for me bloody back giving me grief always does getting low on ground to check chain slack.I got me a chair & put old cushions on ground when checking chain slack or that twisting & turning & crouching & lying on cushions plays havoc on my back.Clean & lube is sweet as sit on chair 💺 with wheels & scoot around & saves my back but checking the chain slack is a pain in the back lititerally. It's along way down to ground for me now & real pain in the back.Bone on bone.
Excellent drive by shooting at the start 😂😂. I enjoyed going round all of the bikes👍👍. Hopefully those Gap Bahn Dirk Orange Interceptors will become collectors items😁😁.
It's my age ... I can't identify modern bikes so well ... Yamaha - is it a 7 or a 9 I dunno until I count the headers ... However I did recognise the brown and beige "Velocette Vogue". IIRC the Vogue was the civillian verson of the Police LE a.k.a. the Noddy Bike. A water cooled horizontally opposed side valve twin with shaft drive of 192cc Police bikes topped out at 45mph as they were patrol bikes and not made for persuit . I think very few Vogues were ever made. Top Video as always Mr TAYM
Just what's needed on a wet cold Sunday TAYM bike of the night for me was the Yamaha YDS7 on the run in for me the best styled Yam not sure if it was a 250 or 350 but very nice 👌👍
That Elsie was tidy ❤ think them XSR Yamaha's look like a jumble of bike bits that's just been tipped from a giant blender. Great bikes to ride though 👌
Hi Taym, nice ride out to Stonham Barns again, I just thought I would tell you the bike you commented on as you left at 9.40 of the video is a Velocette Vogue, a sort of posh variant of the LE Velocette, I love watching your rides and mutters, I wonder what the original story behind the old git in Bury St Edmunds is, cheers, wishing you and Mrs Taym a Merry Christmas.
These are great pick me ups in the Winter! You all ride great bikes to these bike nights. Willie, the front cowl looks great in natural light. Myself, I’d keep it.👍 Banana Man’s bike looking awesome like always. 🤩 I have a thing for Yamahas in Kenny Robert’s colors, the XSR was a real sweetie. Thanks for taking us along Mr TAYM!
Chain adjustment day more like back breaker day.Was saw after saw back rolling on ground checking chain Slack.I use cushions & a chair but still got get on ground to check chain slack. My mate has a bike lift o e with the front chock & lifts bike right up. This is what I need make things so much easier for me with my compressed vertibre. Not cheap though & take up a bit of room. I use a paddock stand but I really need bike about 2½ft off the ground atleast 2ft to stop back pain flaring up.Pain in the arse but it's not actually a pain in the back.
Hello TAYM, I would make Bertie the bike of the night ! If you ever see a rare Honda CBX 750, my dream bike back then though I never owned one please film it ! Thanks for the weekly mutters and videos 👍🏻 Can i recommend an interesting channel I recently subscribed to, Gary here from Ireland has landed in Argentina to tour South America, on a Chinese bike, should be an interesting one to follow. Last one a Velocette Vogue I think. They did a nice air cooled version called the Valiant - like a mini BMW

I had an Internental GT ,inceptor continental cross.
That was an Ariel Leader/Arrow depending on the level of fairing cover
No Velocette Vogue
@@brockett yep, Velocette Vogue, neither of the Ariel's had twin headlights!
Isn't that URO an ARIEL ?
Not sure 🤔 thanks L😁
