Old school LV is somewhat making a comeback. I just got my first bag a few weeks ago, district PM. The canvas thickness seems to be better on yours and mine than recent years. Thinner on my SLGs. Slowly, I think LV is catching on to quality issues and control. I'm glad I waited a few years for the bag.

I had to get the side trunk after seeing this video. You didn’t mention the leather trim-I was surprised to find the leather is treated, it’s not the natural cowhide-leather that is usually on LV. Do you think it will stain or darken like the natural or stay the same color? Thanks!
I loooove the side trunk! I’m waiting to see if they come out with more colors in the leather version. I love the look of the monogram but I’m afraid of the vachetta getting dirty since it’s all around the edges 😅 I live in Boston and don’t trust the weather and city elements with my bag 😂
