- Here I discuss my current status with the film, I share a storyboard scene featuring music and voice acting, and I abandon the 2019 date in favor of a 2-3 part release.

Also, I appreciate everyone seeing this and saying "oh wow animation looks like it takes forever! I understand now". I know not everyone animates and might not understand it, but is a stupid amount of work and I'm glad I was able to demonstrate that haha

I am just happy you are doing this. I'm so bored right now and I remembered your epic Nazo unleashed movie so I decided to come to your channel and I'm impressed by the work you've done. I seriously love nazo unleashed thank you for making such a damn masterpiece. I'm quite envious that you have such a strong passion for something haha I'd love to be like you but I'm not interested in animating things but instead watching it xD. So thanks for taking such a time consuming job for all of us we love you for it and you have all of our support take all the time you need. Creating something legendary isn't something you can rush after all.

Damn dude, this is a hefty workload and I can't wait to see the final thing. I personally think having it as one big movie would be better, so it's all in one product, but it's obviously completely your call. Damn, 10 years? Shit, that's gonna be a nostalgic anniversary. Of course it was! That's been his signature theme tune ever since SA2! Almost everyone hears that intro and thinks "Here comes the Eggman!" It's a very catchy song, so it would be hard to forget.

I have to agree. I have the whole thing memorized. But I hear it off my phone pretty often, so maybe that's why. Lol, but really it's the catchiest theme tune he's ever had! I heard he sent an anonymous donation to the band that recorded it, because he felt it perfectly captured what it meant to be him. Though, I hear a lot of weird things, so take it with a grain of salt. 😉
omg I LOVE Shadow's voice! It fits him perfectly! SEGA should just hand you the keys to the Sonic license to make a theatrically released movie.
So, SMBZ and Nazo are going to be 10 this year! That is groundbreaking to realize that

Shadows voice sounds so nice it sounds very similar to his sonic x va
He sounds WAY too much like his Sonic X VA, before Griffith actually got the hang of the role.

I think releasing this fan film as a three parter is much better than a 2019 release because let's face it, not many of us are patient enough to wait that long.

Wow. The amount of effort it takes to make these kinds of animations is very breathtaking. I am jaw dropping; I am wide-eyed; I am utterly impressed and amazed at the same time.

Chakra, im coming up on my Senior Year of HighSchool once the summer ends but around the time December falls around I will be participating and entering my portfolio i n Scholastic (Regional and hopefully having a better time at nationals) at the time and one of the things I plan on doing and I have already started is around a 10 minute or so long student film/ pilot.
I am very proficient with animation and flash already but even you said it yourself-Animation takes a long time too do. Even though I have around 6 to 7 months to make it I sometimes fall into the realm of monotony and tedium and it can really hurt production. (I also don't want to get lazy and say "meh, I have all this time to work on it" One day, im working out a bunch of good Storyboards and Keyframes, nice progress on Aniamtics and even progress on Coloring sometimes when I'm really into it. The next day, I'll be stuck just sitting there maybe with a story board or two on the hour. For an animator with many years and experience under his belt you have had to dealt with monotony at one point. How did you overcome it, or at the very least how do you deal with it when things start getting repetitive?
Honestly, I have an unfair advantage because I have you guys! Having an audience rules me tremendously. Sharing my work has always been the goal. Also admiring it and the desire to see something complete and living. All that drawing, planning, is mostly worth it when I see my character talking and feeling things. Seeing other animations also makes me competitive and want to make cool stuff like what I just saw.
Also, music and some television show in the background always helps haha.
Thank You so much for the reply, it just comes full circle hearing it from. Always been a fan since the early Wrath of Nazo Days and you've always been an inspiration. Im just trying to do the same you did, creating to make people happy. I guess I just needed that little extra push. Again, thank you for the feedback. You have no idea how much it means to me :)!

Dude, I love the art direction so far and the music in the preview, but that preview's dialogue gave me diabetes. It's like it was written by Pontac and Graff. (Seriously, that "Shadow came from the shadows" joke came straight out of Shattered Crystal.) But if it was your intention to make it authentic to the comedy style of Sonic Lost World and Shattered Crystal, you're doing a great job so far.
You gotta admit though, Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles busted into the ship with Super Sonic, while Shadow sneaked in and came out through the shadows, and Shadow thought he had a better entrance. XD nothing beats a Super Sonic bust in.

It's very tongue in cheek haha. Like, Sonic is making a lame joke on purpose because he thinks Shadow appearing from under the shadows is trying too hard and is mocking him. Also, never played shattered crystal outside of the demo so that's news to me! Oh man they beat me to the lame-joke.
The "Shadow coming out of the shadows" joke being in Shattered Crystal is news to me too. I thought the conversation in this little preview was funny! Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles definitely had a better entrance, seriously, you can't beat a Super Sonic bust in!

I know your feeling about taking forever to animate and such. I'm no animator, I'm just a artist, as well as a sort of level designer, and it takes FOR-EV-ER. But when you're done and it looks, feels, and plays good, it feels great to know you didn't waste your time for nothing.

Chakra-X I know animation is a difficult art to get into and master but seeing your Wrath of Nazo in work progress somehow gives me a feeling of wanting to get into animation. I'm currently in college and currently have no major so maybe animation would be a good career choice for me. Do you think you can ever make a video explaining your passion on animation, how you got into and how one can get into it? A reply from you would definitely make my day
Yes I'd love to do that some day I just need to dedicate time to making the appropriate accompanying examples and recording myself

Also, I would love to see Wrath of Nazo as a 3 part series like Nazo Unleashed. Hell, I'd even a 5 part series. Keep up the good work!

Animation takes a LOOOOONNNNGGG time! And that's coming from me! Compared to this, time and detail wise, my animations are nothing! Keep up the good work! And as you can see, you're a big inspiration to me. You're the reason why I changed my profile picture to what it is now (Me in 'The Boondocks')! And why I am more focused on animations now. Hell, I am working on a new one right now!
