@@SinfulKittyread online so look for yourself but said that was debunked and the study from Germany that made everyone correlate kava with liver toxicity was only involving alcohol based tinctures or contaminated kava (either the leaves or "tudei" kava which is the other type of kava from "noble")
my islander homies turned me onto this 14 years ago. I didn't enjoy it. And these folks saying its non adictive are wrong. Some of these dudes would have shakes, migraines, terrible soreness if they didn't get their Kava in time.
To me, kava feels like a light marijuana buzz, without any paranoia. Get pure kava and not supplements where it's mixed with other stuff. That is where most liver concerns come from.
It's more of a 🔔 shaped reverse tolerance, but it can also feel like it just builds. What the reverse tolerance really manifests isn't in potency, but in a shorter time to feel the effects of kava, the effects feeling more enjoyable, and noticing that as you drink more frequently and break the "reverse tolerance" that you can drink less and still get the benefits. So it does and doesn't actually behave as a literal "reverse tolerance"
I think that’s made up. Like pot doesn’t work the first few times for some people. But you grow a tolerance and eventually just kinda works like it use too. Mushrooms people say has a reverse affect but it’s weaker if you take it multiple days. Is there a study to this I could look at? Seriously I’m not trying to be rude. I’ve just heard this a few times and wanna read up on it
Ive watched several videos on Kava to learn more... One thing ive notice is the people drinking it say they are cognative but i definitely can hear them sluring their words 😏
Kava is addictive - which is why it was traditionally used ceremonially or rarely! Not daily. Go to a kava bar and you will see the same people. They need their fix. Don’t believe this industry -puff piece. Speaking from experience.
i drink kava everyday. The doctor says I have a healthy liver
DRINK KAVA EVERYDAY
I've been on it almost everyday for a year and a half after quitting alcohol. Liver values are fine.
Would you say that you're addicted to it?
It’s only bad for your liver if you don’t strain it

This stuff destroys your liver and kidneys.
that's a bit of misinformation, as Noble Kava doesn't have any bad side effects but Tudei Kava does and also the same can be said with alcohol
@Kristian179 just like ethanol and methanol, both are alcohol. Drink methanol and you'll go blind.
Really? I just started taking and I'm curious if you could tell me more?
Doesn’t alcohol do the same?
I wonder if she's ever tried it. I'm constant drinker of the grog and helps me relax and chill 🤙
