Great to see Will’s face!!!
Thanks for posting this, Greg! I really enjoyed our discussion. Looking forward to the next one.
You guys are real troopers for hanging in there. I feel a sense of commiseration listening in. I didn't get the "tone" of the work, at all, till I heard Joyce himself reading a tiny portion of it. I wish, though, he had recorded a reading of the entire work. I think they should hand a reward or something for just getting through it. I'm with Greg: get the audio version. Cheers.
Thank you Greg. And special thanks to Leopold Bloom for attending proving by omoplatoscopy that Banquo is Macbeth's second cousin's tenis partner's postman.
Why is Allen wearing a tshirt with Roy's face on it? 🤣🤣
😂
I’ve never even come near Ulysses and probably won’t, but I feel a little bit smarter having watched this discussion, and at the same time I feel like I’m on the level below, as if your conversation is my Ulysses and I’m trying to let the confusion of what you’re saying wash over me so that I can get to the end, and then there are little nuggets of insight sprinkled throughout. So maybe I did read it, I don’t know.
It’s not too late to join the madness !
@@anotherbibliophilereads Thank you, this time around I’m happy to just cheer you on! 😊
