I was just talking about this. Modern NFL defense is literally freak DTs long flexible edge rushers that run like LBs and the whole secondary are pretty much hybrid safeties LBs getting leaner and faster CBs getting taller and Bigger.

Devin White can easily play be a good CB if he gets a little better at coverage. He’s too big for receivers and can keep up with them. And he’s a monster on the blitz
It’s not just straight line speed. You also need to be able to change direction quickly.

White is the most dangerous blitzer between the tackles in the NFL. He just hides for a second and then shoots the gap with that 4.37 speed. Only a couple linebackers have the speed to do what he does.
