पहले के समय में 40 से 45 साल की उम्र के बाद लोगों में प्रोस्टेट की समस्या होती थी, लेकिन इन दिनों खराब लाइफस्टाइल, खानपान और तनाव जैसी वजहों से प्रोस्टेट संबंधी बीमारी युवाओं में देखने को मिल रही है। प्रोस्टेट शरीर का एक ग्लैंड होता है जो द्रव को उत्पन्न करता है। प्रोस्टेट शरीर के मूत्राशय के चारों तरफ फैला होता है।
इसके बढ़ने से मूत्र मार्ग में ब्लॉकेज आ जाता है, जिससे मूत्र और किडनी को लेकर कई बीमारियां होती है। प्रोस्टेट की समस्या 40 साल से ज्यादा उम्र वाले व्यक्तियों को ज्यादा होती है। इससे मूत्र विसर्जन करने में परेशानी आती है। इसे हम योग के करने से कम कर सकते हैं।
In earlier times, people used to have prostate problems after the age of 40 to 45 years, but these days, prostate-related diseases are being seen in the youth due to bad lifestyle, eating habits, and stress. The prostate is a gland in the body that produces fluid. The prostate surrounds the bladder of the body.
Its increase causes blockage in the urinary tract, which causes many diseases related to urine and kidneys. Prostate problems are more common in people above 40 years of age. This causes difficulty in passing urine. We can reduce this by doing yoga.
