I love my i4 M50, fantastic daily. Can’t wait for the pure M version. It would be amazing if it could match the M50s efficiency when used as a daily but can also break out on a race track and leave everything else in the dust. Just one wish: The Gran Coupé is the perfect mix between practicability and sportiness, please include it in the lineup.
Your i4 m50 don’t feel heavy at the corners? I tested it and it feels not as dynamic as an M2 or m3 in the corners… of coz the straight line performance is gd, if not for the corners i would hv gotten it.😂
@@torrhthc4103 Although grip is incredible, it does feel overweight in tight corners and could definitely shed some weight, especially to improve steering feedback. But as a daily it drives excellently, as you typically don’t push your luck when the family is with you. What ultimately settled my decision are the running costs and actually the environmental impact. The latter of which I know, loads don’t care enough about to even slightly alter one’s habits, so I typically don’t count it in discussions. The former are about an order of magnitude lower, which is very much significant.
Is BMW signing up for potential bankruptcy? The market is so small for EV's. Rather focus on E-Fuels and supply the demand. Many car manufacturers are struggling financially because of the mass production of EV's. The costs of the R&D the scarcity of the raw materials to make a battery car and the renewal of the productionline comes with a price. And when will it pay itself back? Such a small group of people are willing to buy an EV. Doesn't cover the overal costs.
