1) Guys who smoke pipes

4) Bearded guys who don't know how to trim the lower edges of their beards, where they extend back toward the neck
5) Geeky fucks who walk around listening to Walkmans
6) Reading about clouds in a book
7) Being put on hold and being forced to listen to someone else's radio - Ігри

You, me, and thousands/millions of others with headphones connected (either by cable or via Bluetooth) to our smartphones... Probably a good thing GC isn't alive now--though he'd have a field day, and how!

Ironically, George mentions "Walkmans" 9/10 times I'm (thru headphones) listening to GEORGE. (or 1940's "crime drama"), LOL. While wearing a Yankees or Pirates cap. Just saying!

2-People that defend politicians despite them not caring a thing about those who defend them
3-Narrative games politicians play to either gain money, power, or influence for themselves at the expense of the rest of the population.
4-Politicians changing laws to fit their agenda, again at the expense of the rest of the population.
5-The lack of term limits in politics. Some of these people are about as useful as a two legged stool.

@@BeefZupreme I know it's from a book. It's from Brain Droppings, that I mentioned in the description. However, the individual clip is nowhere else to be found, so it counts as rare.

Carlin eroded his claim to being insightful when he started carping about trivial things, such as this list. Carlin started to take himself a little too seriously as a social critic, and
sounded like the things he supposedly was skewering - a petty reactionary, but a reactionary who could use THOSE WORDS...
That’s interesting...I’ve also wondered about his tendency to bash everything and everyone (except NYC). You might know Carlin expressed hatred of groups, and love of individuals. It can be a pretty futile exercise to try and sort throug what parts of a comedian’s act are true, and what parts are just “an act.”
