Redemptoris Mater Newark GoFundMe WYD Lisbon 2023

The Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary of Newark, NJ, was founded in 1990. To date, 121 priests have been ordained for service in the Archdiocese of Newark. Many of them work within local parishes of the Archdiocese while others are on missions across the United States and around the world in support of the Second Vatican Council’s commitment that each local Church truly be missionary. This year there are 33 seminarians in formation from 13 different countries. We hope to go on pilgrimage in July to Portugal for World Youth Day with other youth of the Neocatechumenal Way of the United States, so as to encounter Jesus Christ in this journey of faith. The Redemptoris Mater Seminary relies on divine providence and the average cost of the pilgrimage per seminarians is approximately $3,600.00. We need to raise about $120,000. We are witnesses that the Lord is not outdone in generosity and that he will give you back a hundred fold for all you do.
