    You can request for micronized estradiol (Estrace or generic) and progesterone (Prometrium or generic) with your obgyn. Those biological identical to what your body makes. There I save you money. Get generic

    Thank you for this information. I had a hysterectomy about a year ago and I've been doing good up until now. I feel like my body is totally out of order. I've been having anxiety brain fog and anxiousness. Several herbs have been helping me but I'm going to see a specialist tomorrow about the therapy for hormones that you are mentioning.     Is hrt harmful ..if one has already had breast cancer..I had grade 1 breast cancer in 2013..I get mammograms every year ..thank you

      The major difference between BHRT and HRT is the substances used to create them. BHRT is derived from plant sources that are chemically similar to the hormones your body naturally produces. Traditional HRT products are made from the urine of pregnant horses and other synthetic hormones.
      Stick to plant base or look into maca or ashwagandha
