    Also, do the red pads wear quicker than the black? I've seen a couple of red pads with wear but don't seem to notice with the black.
    Only mousepad reviewer I trust after convincing me to buy a Hien. I don't know how others can talk down on them, to be honest.
    The only thing I have heard is that a Hien mid has worse x and y than the soft or xsoft. And I've seen some people say they don't like the Hien, but it may be because they have mid.

I really wish I could get the custom version and have my own design on it, but I feel like the coating will make everything good about the Control+ no longer good, and I'm not sure what design I'd do that'd match my setup no matter which keyboard I use (don't judge me, I blame my friends and r/mechanicalkeyboards).

    • @dedeath
      @dedeath 3 роки тому +1

      I have both. Shidenkai is amazing but wears down incredibly fast. Not worth it overall imo unless you can replace it every few months. The raiden mid is the closest you can get to feeling like a hard pad in terms of glide and friction while still being cloth. It's extremely slick and I love it, however, the raiden is very prone to mouse spin outs and tracking errors. I used a g pro wireless mostly with it and it would spin out completely at least once a day. You may have better luck with different mice and sensors but most raiden users will say the same thing about it

    • @Guinibee1
      @Guinibee1 3 роки тому

      @@dedeath I actually ordered both. I really want to try the Raiden and the spinouts sound hit and miss and dependent on a ton of factors. I don't want to make that the reason I don't try. I grabbed the shidenkai cause I knew I'd kick myself for never giving it a shot. Might as well get them simultaneously to save on shipping. If I even get 6 months out of it I'll be happy, plus it won't be the only pad I use in that time frame so it'll be longer than 6 months.

    Ey boardzy and other viewers! Recently found your channel, and im gonna invest in an Artisan pad thanks to you. Im not sure if i should buy the Hien or Zero though. I have played CS:GO for 7K HRS with a QCK+ where i also reached Faceit 10 (weird flex). I play with 800 DPI and 0,65 in game sense. My biggest issue with the QCK is durability and friction between mousepad and my arm, especially vertical movement! Any suggestions?

      Got a Raiden and a 1200 Endgame pad. Boy both are awesome in comparison to my old worn out pad. One thing to note though my g403 spins out on my raiden pad. So thinking I may update to Model d, deathadder v2 or superlight. Unless Logitech want to bless us with an updated g403 🙏

    Artisan Zero was a big disappointment, cost a LOT with shipping taxes and so on. You feel the pad scratch against the bottom surface on my g pro superlight and the horizontal is slower than the vertical, so weird feeling. Cost me like 120 dollars all together and I keep my qck+ any day over this pad. It feels rough compared to qck and less control. The only positive with artisan is that it last for ever but its not a comfy pad and it feels awkward to use.
