So I never played Starcraft in my life, and probably never will, but I love watching these nerds religiously. When I watched the first sc video I had no idea what was happening now I know the terminology, builds, even some nuances. Nothing more to add, thanx for the videos.

I thought about it a lot to be honest. Watching SC2 content is both engaging and relaxing - the best mix to fall asleep. It's not our fault ... Though it felt bad when I fell asleep after work watching some ESL championship games quite some time ago.
Now. I still wish Winter would be asked to cast the IEM championship and I hope this would be the one I would visit personally even if I snore at some point through the finals ^^

Wow, the end of that first game was amazing. Dark behind by 35 supply loses 15 supply and deletes 90 of Byun's supply. Absolutely phenomenal.
Not really. Anyone who has played TvZ lately knows that you either win in the early game or get smashed by ultras. Its disgusting how little damage bio does to them.
@@kaiser2261 It's not just ultras here. It's the transfuses and fungals as well. It's not just A-moving ultras. The execution is flawless.
@@Araghos dude, fungal has 10 range and spamming transfuse is easy. there is zero counterplay from Terran. No amount of splitting, kiting, or positioning changes the outcome of this fight. His alternative was literally to turtle until he had 12+ ghosts out, DESPITE a huge lead. Its bullshit.

@kaiser2261 its so funny as a random player, playing all 3 races to at least diamond 1 and zerg to barely into masters, its so easy to tell when someone has never played a certain race to at least diamond. You are of the opinion that zerg can be absolutely bullied the entire game by marine drops and when zerg has finally reached hive after 10 minutes of holding on for dear life. Marines should still be able to melt ultras like a zergling. Youre hilarious dude
Zerg dancing back and forth in siege tank range trying to make up their mind is the most frustrating thing. So often see zerg lose 30 supply without even killing anything.
Lings are too squishy, but zerg rebuilds stuff quickly so it's not a huge loss to lose a dozen lings.

@@ryder8646 fungal chaining is about as hard as spamming EMP eg not hard at all. but of course the fact that terran has to perfectly control every unit whereas ultras just run over everything is lost on you. go on and cry about terran being OP some more lmao

Such a shame seeing a good player like Byun that has the potential to reach the level of Clem and Maruo limit himself by not using the best unit comps like ghost and only using these trash build orders.
Too busy with endless intro reaper play and having fun with Marine medevac every game. Imo byun is one of the least fun to watch cuz every game is the same.
I really feel like he gets a surprise Pikachu face whenever someone hard counter A-moves his single-unit comps and cleans the floor with all his hard work Marine micro

@@verdibyrd Byun has made 624k$ in 13-14 years while clem has made 362k$ in 3.5 years. If clem had the same performance as now for as long as Byun he would have made 1629k$ so in that way Clems carrer is very impressive.

I used to love Dark when he was good and cute, now he’s rude and ugly
Ultras need a 1 armor nerf. There is no other unit in the game where you MUST make a certain unit (ghosts) in response. When you think about how much easier it is for immortals to deal with them than bio, its actually insane. The lurker meta at least had counterplay. I think the average Zerg goes up 1k MMR v Terran when ultras are out. Ghosts are nowhere near as strong, and they can all die to one bad fungal.

or you could just make tanks, libs or marauders, also am i really seeing a terran complaining about a unit that you MUST make a certain unit to counter is pretty funny when ghosts exist that can actually only be countered by infestors and counter literally everything, including infestors
Tell me you only build marines and medivacs without telling me that you only build marines and medivacs.
Marauders are NOT an ultra counter. Only the ghost comes even close, and mispositioning means no snipes get off, since of course its the only spellcaster in the game that is interrupted by damage.
