Thank you for experimenting and posting your work. Suggest you turn the chicken pieces about 2/3 of the way through to crisp the bottom side. Also suggest you put the dry coating mix in a bag and then shake the pieces to coat them; I've found this less messy and more effective. What I would say is for the last few minutes, pull, drain and flip the chicken. That will prob take care of it all. Still. It looks amazing!
