I love how braindead our society became by today 😂 it makes me laugh a lot. 1st: who cares about the accent, great content thats what matters doesn't it? 2nd: NOT at all arabic/indian/hungarian... that is cold.. and also russian would have way softer T and N. 3rd: I am from Hungary and love to trick any western tourist with my english accent/intonation as to where I am from, because they are often led by limited experience/stereotypes.. edit: not offending the OP.
And they are all wrong. Our car doctor (orvosi) is Hungarian. Be happy he speaks English, 98% from Hungarian man don't speak English or German! Csak Magyar!
I bought a w204 200cdi 2008 model few months ago and I love it! Absolutley good interior guality and good diesel consumption. I had only to replace break pipes because they leaked break fluid. I bought mercedes used from the dealer so they fixed it for me free. Thank you for this video and respect from Finland!🇫🇮
How many KM on the clock? has it been reliable so far? any rust? i know the weather is really hard on cars in Finland with cold and salt.

Got this car for 13 years now (bought it new in 2007).
The only issue I had was that the rear lights tend to break fast. The problem was in the plastic of the lamp holder witch tended to melt. Also the light itself breaks at the base connector and not on the wires.
There are no issues to report on the 220 cdi engine. Regular maintenance and no brush washes made the car to be in a good shape after 330.000km
The key sensor and immulator under steering wheel never went? 👀
Maybe try lower wattage rear bulbs, originals obviously run too hot for the holders.

This car is top class. I purchased it 3 years ago and until now thanks to God nothing went wrong. 10 year old car that looks like new, all people have high praises for this car. Just make regular service

@@magichackerv8 true, I've never seen rust on these, I myself have never heard of the gearbox or timing chain failing. This is a tank of a car very reliable and affordable.
W204 = OM646 engine + 722.6 gearbox = road to 1M kilometers , all the time 😎

I own a 2012 c350 CDI and have done for nearly 5 years, had a strange elec fault which was the fuse box on the side of the front battery, cost £200 to change it. Had no other problems at all in 50000 miles, eats tyres, I change the rears every year but that’s because of 265 hp and wet roads, great car which has plenty of grunt. Just buy one

Most of the ones with the m271 engine can be susceptible to timing chain issues. Check if it had been replaced before. At 100k it can already become stretched. Don't wait till 300k...

I have the 2008 actually I have owned 2 of these cars. I wouldn’t trade them no way no High. Fuel consumption is high but reliability cannot be compared. I drove it 2000 miles from the UK to Spain and had no issues and still use it day to day

What is your opinion of the 2011- C200 W204 facelift version with the 1.8 litre turbo petrol ? I'm looking at a mint condition Estate with 88,000 km on the clock. It's gorgeous .. But is it reliable?
After searching for a while i got a C220 CDI 170HP OM646EVO from 2007 in Elegance trim with 217 000KM. Imported from Italy. In a typical italian fashion the car looks good but has poor equpment. In total with registration it costed me 4500EUR. The best car i ever got, it is a manual 6 speed it has lether interior and has automatic 2 zone ac. Small stereo but i dont care it sounds awesome. I just hate that my country taxes cars over 2L that heavly. 500EUR for registration.
I have to note that i do all the work myself on the car, i paid it 3500EUR, import 200eur and the rest was a service and few suspention parts. So far so good. Used Mobil oil as factory recommends. MAN filtersas well. Really happy with the car

I have a 2013 c class petrol and was told my timing chain was slipping but doesn’t show up on diagnostic had it in at Mercedes told cam shaft would need done as well at the cost of £4k took it to a Mercedes specialist who used to work for Mercedes and his diagnostic flung up a thermostat and cooling switch to be replaced any advice on this

HeavyProfessor It's a 2009 c220 cdi sport with 90k on the clock. Only repair needed which I had done 2 months ago was a blown injector valve and a split intercooler hose

I was very dissapointed by the Classic trim in the first generation. The interior plastics looked like Toyota, actually Toyota looked better.

My CLK 220 CDI 2007 has done 234000 Mls No Issues Full MB Service History up to 218000 miles from then on used Independent MB or do every thing myself . I won’t change it looks in Mint condition inside and I have just put New Pirelli Tyres on which I’m sure give a better ride .I expect it to pass Mot in May with Flying Colours !

Only problem I have is multimedia joystick not working. Everything else work prefect. Using only shell Vpower + and synthetic oil... you should have any problems
I have a 2011 C300 with none of those engines...mine has a 228HP V-6. I have over 90K miles now (bought it at 28K) and the only thing I replaced was an alternator and new accelerator pedal/module. Otherwise it's been about perfect. I checked it out for reliability on Consumer Reports before buying and am glad I did.

2009, c180, 4 cylinder, at 123k miles, timing chain COGS, teeth shredded, replaced just cogs. I was lucky, it happened, while in my garage, while idling, and then it wouldn't start. I also upgraded tiny screen, to 8 inch android touch screen. The thermostat also stuck open, I replaced. I made a little video)

I have a c300 2010 , i have buyed in canada misisagua. And i have a problem when a start the car the headlight’s are always on. Xenon and bixenon are always on in every position. And in stings menu dosent have any option for daytime lights. Can anybody help me?

Got the Coupe CDI 250 2011 with the AMG sporty stuff - 19in wheels , looks as good now as it did 11 years ago! 160k km and going strong. LOVE this car.

@@darius3352 if you’re choosing diesel you will have a LOT less issues with mileage- try to find something under 200k km - well maintained diesel motor should run well up 400k plus. Wear and tear on the coolant system should be looked at. You should check out videos on dealing with ESL issues. On the whole, my ride has been pretty good - brakes tend to wear faster .(probably due to how I drive). Most decent mechanics are able to service your car - avoid Marc dealership service. My local mechanic charged $300 - local Marc dealership charges $1200 for the same service! Golden rule would be to lay a small amount of cash aside each weak on top of your normal car budget - you may never need it but you’ll be glad you have it

I've owned a C250 AMG line (Diesel) for the last two years, it's been nothing but trouble. I've changed a lots of engine sensors which constantly fail, the water pump is leaking, the following items don't work: CD player, drivers heated seat, air con. I've had to remove the DPF and jet clean it to remove the soot. The brak pipes are rusting and need replacing. The Foed Galaxy I had before this was trouble free.
Then you bought a junk one.
@@Lauritsen24 If you search any of the faults I have you will see they are all common on the C Class. The torque convertor has now failed and when I research it, what do you know it's a coomon fault on this model.

My rear shocks are gone. The car is made 2008. Idk maybe the previous owner drifted it or something. Also the parktronic is shot. They said at the garage that front bumper if i recall correctly was interfering with the sensors
Nubitos Gaming damn I'm sorry to hear. But after all the reviews and comments, I think it would be a good idea to get a PPI at Mercedes Benz before purchasing any 2nd hand car just so you know what you're getting yourself into
If anyones buying one with the 2.1 diesel engine, watch out for these things plastic trim being loose, all hoses either coming away or being loose, turbo exaust gas leak, rod knock, oil leaks, when the timing equipment was last changed
And finaly when checking any of the facelifted W204's, always check the rear break disks, rear brake back plates for rust and fauling of the disk,
This can usually give a rattle or a rubbing sound as you drive along and can sometimes mean you need new handbrake shoes and shoe springs

hello. need help. my 2007 mercedes bemz c220 cdi gives a ESP light while driving. either on cruise control or using the foot and pressing. could it be the battery? or any advise please. as i dont know whats up. i have to then switch the car off then on then its fine until it happens again.
Percy Mays maybe a contact is loose on a abs sensor, better go to someone that can make computer diagnose, or to any service that has software diagnose.

you can buy it with the 4matic system with no problem even if you don't have snow in winter, it is useful not just in the snow but in the rain as well, so you won't have wheel spin while acceleration,
of course, it's not necessary in your country and you will get slightly bigger fuel consumption + approx 0,5 l, but as I said you can buy it with no worries, just check for whining, growling or howling noises from the front and rear differentials while cruising, accelerating and while you let off the gas, the car should ride without these noises or vibrations which can indicate low differential fluid level or worn differentials in the worst case
the 320 diesel as well as the c180 are good engine choices, so if you are travelling more/long distances then choose the diesel engine and if you are doing short trips or mainly short trips then choose the petrol engine

Hey, you missed the C350 CDI which I am looking into buying with AMG package. Would love to hear your thoughts. I was actually thinking whether C350 or C350 CDI is better, but since the diesel is the same fast with a lot more torque and a lot better consumption, I guess the diesel is a better choice
if you are using the car mainly on longer journeys then buy a diesel, however if you are using it on short distances then buy a petrol engine

Hey guys you know what they say a car and a woman it's a game of luck . I had mine 2007 W204 c200 cdi for 5 years now no problems what so ever. I just change my oil and filter in timely manner. Mine is 136 hp it's not the fastest one no chips completely stock but for me it's enough to handle my daily tasks. The car is very comfortable very smooth engine and gearbox it gives me more pleasure to tell you the truth to cruise slowly than to drive it fast it's a relaxing and luxurious experience. It has enough power to overtake trucks and big commercial vehicles in dangerous junctions and it doesnt brake the wallet. I like the newer ones but Im afraid I wont have the same luck again I just dont wanna sell it to some lucky dude 😀 well I hope you guys find a good one like me 😉
I am thinking about getting one, but what holds me is the interior of this car. Mercedes did a vinyl plastic interior that chips off like paper. And most of these 2008-2010 look like they went through hell inside.
I have one. Theres only 2 problems with the car after owning for 3 years and at 123k miles, the drivers seat is torn and the right mirror signal is dodgy from a bad seal letting water in. Mbtex is good and bad. It looks new after 10 years or its ripped. Overall its been a great car with just scheduled maintenance.

Before buying one go search up about the balance shaft failure problem and use the vin of your car to see if your car has the engine that has the improved balance shaft.

Looking to buy a used 2010 C350, I've heard that ESL is known and eventual failure. Is there a MY that fixes this issue?
Ben Green just got the ESL prob a week ago picked the car up today, cost me a $1000 bucks, same thing happened to my brothers car he has the exact same model. ESL will fail at one point or another in this car especially in a used one if it has not already been replaced previously. I don't think there is any fix for this except to go the dealership. I wouldn't recommend buying this car but If you really wanna buy it make sure the ESL has already been replaced by the previous owner otherwise you'll have to pay for it yourself in the future
