@@revving_ravi Hey, yes I do revise my portfolio. This is done every month mostly after a week of my payday (to make sure my needs and wants are taken care of). I sit on some % of cash as a buffer for timing certain stocks when there's an opportunity in my weekly review of my holdings!

My choices of Asset class would be following - PPF, NPS (both T1 & T2 with active choice option), Equity, MF (Midcap, FlexiCap, Balanced Growth), Term insurance, Health insurance (self, family, elderly), real estate, physical gold, NSC, and some FDs.
I'll be running away from insurance which offers return on maturity. Alternative to bond, I'll prefer more on NPS T2 schemes (lots of options with active choice). And regarding crypto - I'll quote Rakesh Jhunjhunwala " I need not go every party in the town" ...
Equity Mutual Fund and stock: 40%
Debt mutual fund: 20%
Saving Emergency fund : 20%
Crypto(BTC, ADA, NANO , XLM , FTM) : 20%

Coming to liquid funds for maintaining emergency funds... Redemption in short term (less than 3yrs) may add extra tax burden while filling IT returns when actually funds are required.

A small request from my side please make a small video on recently launched RBI RETAIL DIRECT. Many Retail investors want to invest directly in Govt. Securities, T- bill but there is platform available. This is a platform which will help us but I need some more clarity on this concept like how to open account, what is minimum investment, how to invest and things like that. I remember that you have told in a video about GoldenPi website for debt investments but I am not sure about it's credibility. So now I think RBI RD is a revolutionary step but need some more clarity and obviously your opinion and your backing on this thing. Humble request to make a small video regarding this.

I am myself an educator, and the kind of disservice that is going on in the field of public education is alarming! We r manufacturing donkeys, slaves and subservient souls who ll serve their financial masters in the future. Try n change the status quo and the system will eliminate you. Same with private college education. NEP is a joke. So unless public becomes aware n smart, ignorance will be a bliss for most of them.

I think the right thing will be the current value of these assets (must be a conservative one) minus loans equal to your net worth.

I HATE THE MIXING INSURANCE WITH INVESTMENTS........most of the banks and financial institution selling these type of products for their capital collection with the permission of Government.Most of the financial advisers are the agents of savings+insurance products for higher commission.so many people falling the trap...kindly prepare a video in this matter with your golden words ....
