Thank you for the video. Categories are ok. But I guess there should be kinda "expected threat" scale in use - reaching even the last ignorant refusing to evacuate in time despite all warnings. Above a certain level on that scale: no rescue operations will be provided.
What if category six hurricanes actually do exist. They’re just extremely rare so rare in fact that we have not catch one before because they’re extremely rare insanely extremely rare. Probably happens very, very rarely cause you know the higher the category the more rare it is sometimes
