THIS IS MY ONE YEAR LATER REVIEW OF MY STOEGER M3500!!
AFTER ONE WHOLE YEAR OF USING THIS GUN EXTENSIVELY I AM ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY WITH ITS PERFORMANCE!!
THIS GUN HAS CYCLED EVERYTHING FROM 2 3/4 TO 3 1/2 EXTREMELY WELL EVEN WITH MIXING DIFFERENT SIZES TOGETHER!
I DID HAVE ONE BOX OF BLACK CLOUD 3 1/2 THAT CONTINUED TO CATCH THE CRIMP OF THE SHELL AND JAM, THAT WAS ONLY WITH THAT BOX OF SHELLS THOUGH!
FOR THE PRICE THIS GUN GOES FOR IT TRULY IS HARD TO BEAT ITS PERFORMANCE, RELIABILITY, AND DURABILITY THAT IT BRINGS TO THE TABLE!
ALSO THE FACT THAT THIS SHOTGUN HAS THE INERTIA DRIVE SEMI AUTO SYSTEM AND SHOOTS 2 3/4 ALL THE WAY UP TO 3 1/2, IS ONE HELLEVA BONUS AS WELL!!!
OVERALL THIS GUN IS ONE HELLEVA PACKAGE AT ITS PRICE POINT, AND I WOULD EVEN TAKE IT OVER SEMI-AUTOS AT THE HIGH SHELF PRICE POINTS!!

Sounds like it made the grade. I do not own a auto loader simply because they jamb. But if that thing holds up I might thanks for the insight.😉👍

Out and About Outdoors With Ron and Friends this bad boy is truly impressive! Like I said other than that one box of 3 1/2 black cloud I have not had problems with any size jamming..
For the price point I really feel it cannot be best!

My family and I have run Browning auto loaders hunting ducks and geese for... well for generations. They have never jammed in a blind we've been in, not in seventy years of hunting. Grandpa had his Sweet 16 and me with my Light 12. Those things are money. Same for our BAR Safari's. If you think auto loaders have to jam, just stop buying Remington. I'm going to get one of these Stoegers in cerakote I think though. These look nice. Dunno which to buy first tho... I can't decide between the 3000 and the 3500 so I'm thinking I'll get a 3020 for the kids to dink around with this fall.

Me and my Son own The Browning Maxus. We hunt ALOT of birds from dove to big Honkers and neither gun has ever jammed. Yeah I paid 1200.00 for mine and it is worth every penny. I like Stoeger but as long as I can afford to waterfowl hunt I will own a Maxus. Mr Mallard Mike.

I got mine brand new and took mine out for the first time today shooting clays and shot 75 - 2 3/4 1 1/8 oz target load shells. It only misfired one time and other than that one, it shot like a dream the rest of the time. Im really happy with my purchase!

Key to cycling shells through this is clean it and very light coat of lubricant on it when you first get it to remove the factory shipping lubricant. People having issues with cycling don't clean it before firing it when they first get it. I have 3 3500 waterfowl editions (twin boys) with no cycling issues.

I have the m2030 i got after a major accident were i ended up with 8 ancures in my shoulder and was able to shoot all season. deer and turkey. Now i moved up to the m3000 this year and love it. if i can handle this action most people should have no problem. i still have not clean my m2030 once. lots of clay targets. i know i've shoot the m2030 at least 1,000 times. zero issues. now i'll never be able to do the 3.5 but i'm sure it's still fantastic.

I've had mine for 3 years. Shot doves, ducks, geese, and turkeys. Never had one jam. 2 3/4 to 3 1/2. Never a jam. 80 degrees. to 12 degrees. Sun, rain, and snow. Never a jam. I love the damn thing. I never have used the recoil reducer. Even with the 3 1/2 shells. I honestly don't notice the recoil.

I never installed mine it runs too good to mess with it & with the inertia drive most of the recoil is soaked up to load the next shell anyways

Just bought one never shot it but I cleaned it right away and got that factory grease off. Re oiled it with rem oil and shooting it this weekend. Hopefully it lives up to the expectations. This gun was a good price for being a semi auto and able to shoot any kind a round.

    • @BlueCollarOutdoorsUSA

Thats why I bought one as well, hard finding 3 1/2 capable and the inertia Drive Semi-auto system for under $1000 for a waterfowl gun... but I am very eager to hear how your first experience with it goes!!
I only had one box give me a hard time ejecting since that box it has been flawless even when mixing different sizes together in the tube..
it truly is one impressive semi-auto

I've had mine for almost 3 years now. LOVE IT!!!! Only problem I've had was I used a thick oil when I cleaned it and was shooting 2 3/4 shells on a cold morning and it jammed once in awhile. My own fault for that should have used a thinner oil. Other than my own fault the gun has never failed me. Killed turkey, dove, rabbit, squirrel, snakes, duck, shot at sporting clay complications (out shooting the fancy over under guys🙃) and many more, run 2 3/4 - 3 1/2. Gun does it all. Can't give it enough praise

I've been wanting to get a semi-auto, but was having a hard time swallowing spending $1200+ on a Versa Max, Benelli, or Browning.
My brother bought an SX4 that I really liked, and they're in the $700-800 range. But this gun randomly popped up as a recommended video while I've been doing my research, and it really seems to tick all the boxes, and at an amazing price. Seems to have the general Benelli quality, despite being one of the cheapest on the market.
The ability to shoot 3.5" is a must, as we do hunt swans in my state (I know smaller shells will do the job - 3.5s just give more wiggle room).

I have been putting a beating on this shotgun for almost two years now!
I didn’t clean her for the first year of use still cycled smooth

Harvested a nice 10point with mine at 65 yard's! Had several 30cal in the lungs and heart and few in the neck. He ran 100 yard's but hey dead is dead, the deer had been jumped and was running so I guess the deer had a bunch of adrenaline going, otherwise I think the deer would've probably flopped right there in the trail.
