In this video, I am going make delicious Vietnamese crepes with dipping sauce. And super easy and quick pickled carrots and daikon radishes.
INGREDIENTS and SPICES
- "Huong Xua" crepe powder 1 pack 500gr
- 2 cans of coconut milk / coconut cream (totally 800mls)
- 1 can of beer (375mls)
- Water (225mls)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 400g shrimps
- 700g pork belly
- 2 eggs
- Spring onions.
- Bean Sprouts (250g)
- Lettuce, mint leaves, basil and herbs
- Carrots and white radishes (300g)
* Carrot and radish pickles
- Vinegar 5% (1/4 cup)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1tsp sugar
* Fish sauce/dipping sauce/ Nuoc cham
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup fish sauce
- Chilli (2)/depend on you.
- 3 glove of garlic
- Lemon (1tsp)
