  • Ang San Fernando Station, isang saksi sa mayamang kasaysayan ng Pilipinas sa loob ng mahigit isang siglo ngayon.
    Bahagi ng noo’y Ferrocarril de Manila - Dagupan na isang linya ng tren na may habang 195-km na kumokonekta sa Maynila papunta sa Dagupan Pangasisnan. Nagbukas ito noong Nobyembre 24, 1892 at naging isang malaking bahagi ng pag unlad ng dating bayan San Fernando
    Samahan nyo ako silipin at tignan, kung anong pagbabago ang mayroon dito sa kabisera ng lalawigan, na may kaugnayan sa Malolos-Clark Railway Project.

    parehas lang ba ang extradose bridge sa cable stayed bridge? parang tatamaan ung jolibee sa laki ng foundation

      Similar sila pero hindi parehas. Nabasa ko sa comment sa linkedin
      Quoted:
      1) Extradosed bridges have low heights of pylon than cable stayed bridges..which result in a flatter cable angle..
      2) cables take almost 80% of LL in cable stayed whereas in extradosed cables take 30-60% LL..
      3) Extradosed have have a more stiffer deck/girder structure
      4)Extradosed suitable for spans 100m-250m and cable stayed suitable for much more higher spans
      Naka kwentuhan ko yung guard ng Jollibee, tinaningan na nga daw sila doon...

    Kung hindi nila binuhay ang lumang station ng Sto Tomas, bakit hindi nalang gumawa o nagtayo ng bagong Station sa pagitan ng Sn Fernando At Angeles city.
    Kung titignan talaga may distansya ang dalawang stations na kailangan talaga dahil urbanized na ang lugar sa bandang sindalan sn fernando. Keep it up boss 😊

      parang nakita ko dati sa plano ng NSCR na may mga additional future station na kagaya ng malolos 2, sto tomas/minalin, sindalan at new clark city. inuna lang ang mga station na maraming sasakay na pasahero ayon sa feasibility study

      95% ok na ROW nyan lol Mabagal lang pasok ng pondo ng JICA, maski ok na ROW wala parin Ganap, Gasgas na dahilan Row issue, kung Mabilis Pasok pondo pati ROW mo Solved LOL

    Binenta siguro ng LGU ng san Fernando yung ROW ng PNR ang daming at establishment tinayo eh kumpara sa Laguna na 30 meters wide allotment pero jan halos wala na sobrang nipis nalang ROW ng PNR. Nagsuffer tuloy ang progress ng NSCR.

      @@redlancelot2634 Pero single track lang ba talaga yung mismong ROW ng PNR? Usually kasi kahit single track lang, yung pag-aari ng rail company eh mas malapad para madali lang mag expand in the future like dual track to four tracks. Marami sa ibang bansa ganyan ang siste na noong araw isang track lang din, pero may space na hindi ginamit sa tabi ng riles, kaya kapag nag expand mas madali at mas mura nalang.
      Feeling ko mas malapad ang pag-aari ng PNR at MRR noong araw, pero as usual pinabayaan at likely binenta din, hindi lang ng LGU, baka ang PNR din mismo. Talagang short sighted masyado ang Pilipinas noon lalo na sa car boom na hind naging priority ang public transport lalo na ang railways na treated as old school noon. Kaya ngayon hirap na tayo mag tayo ulit ng railways since mas mahirap na at mas mahal.

      @@kornkernel2232 Ang ROW ng PNR sa buong nag average na 30 meters ang lapad and capable ito sa dual track system pero hindi nila ito nagawa maliban sa Metro Manila na dual tracks sila.
      Idk yung situation sa San Fernando among all LGUs sila pinaka maraming structures sa ROW dinaig pa ng Laguna at Maynila na mas urbanized. And mga structure na tinayo sa San Fernando ay hindi basta basta barong barong, gated sila at very developed. Maraming pa lupain ng PNR na dating rail road na hindi nagagamit sana naman after all this years hindi nila binenta.

      NSCR The project was originally proposed by the Japan International Cooperation Agency in 1978.This was named as the Manila-Clark rapid railway project, Construction continued as the Northrail project during the presidency of Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, but stopped during the presidency of Benigno Aquino III, continue again in 2019 under d30, the Alabang Calamba line was aprooved by jica under bbm.

    sana maaksyuna ito ng DOTr may nilagdaan n EO ang Pangulo para lang Rail ROW, kagaya ng 1:54 ang tagal ng na tengga yan blue LG dyan imag iisang taon na yan. kung tutuusin ang layo na sana ang naikabit nyan na SBGs. Yun planning bakit ang luwag sa parte kanan talagang sa parteng kaliwa talaga pinadaan ang mgaposte hagip tuloy yan bahay. Hanep din ang nag survey nyan.

      @@neilpatrickbuan4957 There is no plans for HSR anytime soon, but the additional space is useful for any future railway expansion. The right-of-way is also going to be reused for future freight and likely a separate track for long-haul/intercity railway. For HSR, maybe but high-speed trains requires less sharp turns, so it won't able to use the NSCR ROW which still have fairly sharper turns that isn't suited for HSR but okay for airport express trains only.

      Ganyan ang resulta if pinabayaan talaga ang lumang rail corridor, nabahayan na na dapat actually hindi pwede tayuan ng malapit mismo sa riles in case magkaroon ng future expansion. Kaya mahal tong proyekto sa ROW palang. Karamihan na sa original rail corridor ng PNR at MRR noon ginawang daanan na na may bahay, dating squatter naging concrete housing na may 2nd floor pa.

      Pagaari parin ng PNR yan at plan na ibalik ang freight railway dyan, so magkakaroon parin ng riles dyan para sa cargo at baka in the future long haul passenger railway rin pa norte. Dapat talaga hindi mapabayaan yan at mabahayan. Kung may regular na operation ng freight dyan, mas mahirap mag squat if madalas ang tren. Kaya din naman nabahayan yan dahil humina ang railway ng Pilipinas noon 60's to 80's.

    Tatak build build build under FPRRD atbipinagpatuloy ni PBBM. Sayang ang desenyo nito under kay FPRRD sy may South commuter railways hanggang Sorsogon inuto lang tayo ng China sa South railways pasalamat lang tayo sa bansang Japan na talagang matindi ang suporta sa ating bansa!

    Nagpapa presyo lang yung mga may-ari nung properties na may conflict sa row ng pnr.. to consider na nag squat lang sila sa pnr row, ang titigas mg mukha nung mga yun. 😅🤦

      Actually, may kapangyarihan parin ang gobyerno na kunin yan. Pero yung LGU parin dapat umaksyon dyan, pero mahirap gawin ng LGU kasi hindi magiging popular yan sa mayors.
