She’s very fortunate to have that teacher and mentor. There’s always that first person, not famous, not in the spotlight and it is usually those people who help light the creative spark. This is a story that has been a constant in the music biz. She’s certainly not the first artist to follow her own instincts man or woman. Good for her. There are thousands of songwriters, musicians who don’t get what she has. Perseverance.
