Always ask to look at the board,on which they have all the PaB bricks.They can only put so many out.Also look in the draw behind the 32 x 32 plates.That’s where they keep the remnants,always interesting bits ‘n bobs in there!
This was fun and helpful, but to be honest, from the title, I expected more pick-a-brick wall content and tips. Maybe I missed something, but the tips I got were: The 1x2 bricks fit perfectly in the bottom. How to stack 1x2 bricks to get the maximum amount in the cup. And 4x4 plates fit in the lid. So, how would you fill a cup if you wanted another type of bricks? How would you fill it with different types of bricks mixed? Could you not have used the leftover space in you cup with the 1x2 bricks with 1x1 tiles or something? I've only been to the pick-a-brick wall once, and for my next visit, I could really use some good tips :-)

Perhaps isolation is still above you slightly. Cheer up. The LEGO store won't ever shut down completely, that wouldn't do the shopkeepers any good. Besides, lockdown and isolation are lifting slowly. One country by one is opening up slowly but surely. Be happy, at least we can all now go further afield outdoors. Don't let anything stand in your way. Be positive and may Lady Luck show you the path unwinding towards doors, which are reopening one by one. May happiness light your way through despair, hope, faith and love. went to lego store to pick a brick and they were gonna pretty much steal my money. I first couldn't touch the bricks (covid) and therefore could fill my cup they way I wanted. Second the pieces that im looking for, grey, blues, greens (slopes, flats and blocks) they didnt even have. So i just bought all the pieces I wanted online. I cant wait till covids over so I can get the pieces I want.
I had plans to go to my local lego store today but thosecplans were cancaled since I could not meet up with a friend today so now if my $20 of pick a brick from shop at home comes I can get back to my legos. I had planed to get the bookshop today the hiddenside light house and toyshop and townhouse to finish 2 sections of my city with those builds. Also get to $50 off my next onlone order.
Always come Friday in the morning, that's when they restock all the Pick-A-Brick.

My record for 1x2 bricks is 708 but ca. 600 is very decent.
