The fun fact is that Finnish is an extremely slow language, where actual tempo of how letters are pronounced is relevant to understand the words. Some people can even sound like in slow motion. But in this case they really killed it. It's the fastest Finnish I've ever heard.
They have much longer and jointed words, like Germans, so their word/min rate is slower. For example, "joint venture agreement" is "yhteistoimintamenettelysopimus"

Whilst I do really enjoy the performance I wouldn't really call what she's doing singing in the strictest sense, it's more like so g speaking (like what Bowie used to do) but with less of a melodic factor (asides from the natural musicality to the Finnish language). Again it doesn't really take away from the performance at all imho, I hope you are able to get what I meant. All the best to you.
