It's amazing to me, that Peppa answers questions and knows it all when it comes to certain issues and other issues he sits quiet instead of saying some type of comforting words to this family and doing something to help. Since he knows it all but hasnt been up there as long as any of the others. Most of his answers are out of sarcasm anyway 🙄 This is my city council and i'm sickened by what I've witnessed here. 😢
He needs to get that cough under control or leave the meeting. Everyone needs to hear everything being said, and there's no way possible people can hear clearly and understand what's being said with him up there hooping and hawking the entire time!
