Why does Council president say he can't add additional commentators during the comments session? How do new agenda items from citizens get placed on the agenda? Per city Clerk, only ladner has authority to approve agenda items? Maybe we need a comment session before the agenda and afterwards? Is it can't or won't?

New chief necessary for accountability and hope of new transparency. Are you tired yet? It’s not going away. There is an abundance of evidence of wrong behavior and civil Liberty violations by DPD. Bringing in a change maker reduces future liabilities (too late for previous acts), calms constituents, reduces redundancy of meetings due to inaction, and more importantly-is the correct approach and moral solution to wrongdoing.

Great work with looking at better conectivity and easing some of the traffic issues we are seeing. As of the last bit my question is if a councilman or mayor chooses not to sit for public comment does that throw the call to corum out of balance? It is a little disrespectful to not hear your citizens speak even if its the same thing over and over. I do appluad those council members who stay all through the meeting and public comment.
