Can I tell you honestly, hunnie. Week 1 - it was clear to me that u'd lost weight! Week 2 - ur face is even slimmer still.... ur eyes are more prominent and ur jawline is that much more prominent. u look energized and renewed.... keep up the great work!

Water that is why your skin and hair are so healthy. You can do it girl. Don't think about what you cant eat and enjoy what you can. Eat slower and savor the joy of eating tasty, healthy food. Trust me I know. Im the chick who told you I lost 184 lbs on twitter. I'm going to be right here following you and encouraging you. The videos are great because they give you accountability and show your committment. Additionally, I bet you are encouraging so many others. Pass it forward.
I'm 5'7" and 288lbs, it has been a life long struggle of mine to drop the lbs and improve my quality of life. I started doing the WW online after your first video, and my ONLY issue so far is in taking too few calories, i never knew i could eat SO much but still lose weight!!
Even though you are trying not to eat past 9PM,Keep in mind that your 9PM is not the same as someone else's that starts their work day @ 6 or 7am. People who work different type of shifts or hours should adjust accordingly. I used to own a salon and kept CRAZY hours so I feel your dilemna.You can do it!!!! I'm rooting for you.

i joined weight watchers almost 2 years ago. i lost on the whole 10 kg wich are 20 pounds, but then, to write down all my points and to measure every meal i ate was sooo disturbing and so nervwracking that i forgot about it. my tio for you is, keep on counting and down give up because what weight watchers is teaching you is how you eat the right food in the right amount and it only works if yoou do it for long period. so keep on doing it, you'll be proud!

I have been basically vegetarian for over a year with little weight loss results because I wasn't moving. I joined WW Thursday of last week. It's been challenging for because I had to change what I was and be conscientious of what I was eating. I was so use to eating on autopilot, really not thinking about what I am eating. It's getting better. I wish you luck with your weight loss journey.
I just joined this week, and it is a different way to eat, but getting use to it day after day now Im trying to walk eat least 4 days a week which is hard for me because i do 12 hr shifts at my job six days a week but hanging in there, that's for your inspiration and keep up the good work....

2 lbs is great!!! The first few weeks, may be, as you said, more weight loss. But, my understanding is after the first big drops that any loss over 2lbs means your body is eating lean muscle to feed itself what we did not. And then it may store fat if it continues. What is called starvation mode. Its a balance of eating enough and eating healthy. Isn't it crazy that we can gain fat from eating too much and also from not eating enough. So eat all your points. Go over a bit as opposed to under each day. Hence the weekly points. I don't know it all but I do know I like Weight Watchers because I get to eat quite a bit and still lose weight. Lovin' It!!!
I am so proud of you. I have lost 53 lbs in a year. Not weight watchers. But I walk all the time and I eat 6 small meals a day. Using a small plate. I eat bread rye or wheat. I am diabetic had to lose the weight I was a size 18 when I got married in 2007 now I am a size 12. My goal is a 10 and I lost 5 inches in my waist and 6 on my hips. Water is in the morning and at night get a 8 once bottle and drink two in morning two at night so you will not be in bathroom all day. Good Luck!
It takes 21 days to make a habit! I've done ww several times and I believe it's the only plan that works! It just teaches you respect for food and that you can eat whatever you want!! Stay positive and keep up the good work!!!

You are going to have great Weeks and good days... I am on Weight Watchers too. I've been on now for 5 months and have lost 35lbs. Including a 7 day cruise.
Just coming from a dietician's point of view - you don't need to stress too much about the water drinking. As long as you're not feeling dehydrated or thirsty, your body is ok and doesn't need copious amounts of water. When water is drank in excess, the body doesn't need it and it will just be removed - that is why you pee a lot! So it's sort of a waste to drink so much when ur already super hydrated. Around 1- 1.5 liters a day is fine for most people :)

You've inspired me too start again, eating better again anyway & thx for that. I totally feel you there...I'm on a healthy journey too....I walk run and walk for an hour at least 3x a week. I run till I'm outta breath ..then walk some till I catch my breath. But I'm always self conscious because sports bras for double d's don't work. Try ace bandages!
when i was dieting i also drank a TON of water and my weight loss starting getting really slow....the same amount of fat was being burned but i didnt see it on the scale. its kind of demotivating to not see the numbers going down but as long as you know in your head that youre still losing fat and dont get discouraged then yeah, keep drinking a ton of water
We started dieting at the same time and my second week I gained 3 pounds so I'm hoping that it comes off this week. I don't know if you can swim but it's a good alternative. So is the elliptical machine. They are both low impact. Keep it up u look great! Go team weightless!!!

I've been told that after 3weeks your body gets used to the new water intake and your need to run to the bathroom will reduce! He was a professional who told me! Not just someone random! Hope that helps! Keep up the good work! :)
I have actually been eating better..no fried foods at all.nothing but water to drink and i have cut my meals in half...i also eliminated bread rice pasta and tortilla...iv been doing this for about a month and a half and lost 23 pounds i am very pleased and excited for the future :)...congrats on your weight loss!! keep it up :)

If you have craving late night, just eat some fruits. Also drink a glass of water if you feel hungry, its been said that people often mistake thirst with hunger. Keep it up!

Aww you look purdy! Congrats on the continued weight loss. Its hard I know. Ive been a weight loss journey myself since I got done breastfeeding my son at the beginning of March. Ive lost 44 lbs so far. Ive cheated all through BUT purposely so I wouldn't give up. Always have a cheat snack or meal or day. I just made sure to get back at it. No pasta, bread, or sweets and just water. If I had a cheeseburger I put it in a low carb wrap. But I do meal replacement shake from GNC once a day. Congrats!

Congrats on the loss. I bought my mom the plan for Christmas and she's down more than 30 lbs! If she can do it in her 60s, you can knock it out! Check your discounted section at the grocery store. They have the WW candy on sale for 50% off a lot of times. Also, Pepperidge Farm has light style wheat bread if you get the urge - 1 pt a slice! BTW, I lost 73 lbs walking. It's still great exercise! Keep up the good work!
I'm a walker at heart too. I try to go jogging/running but I feel like I'd look like such a loser with my low speed and my jigglies bouncing everywhere. I rarely see people walk as exercise where I am though, even the elderly jog here, and I feel silly walking next to them.
forgot to say dropping 9.4 pounds in one 1 week is a lot when is started losing i just had no idea what that looked like or felt like, go get sack of potatoes 8-9 in a bag and check usually one bag is about about 6-9 pounds then lift it and see just how much has come off then the people that don't compete how much 9 pounds start feeling different, even i felt different. plus we don't appreciated where are weight sits, sometimes in our tummy, on our back side hips and weight come off.

Double up on bras, then put on a sports bra and the wear knee brace, back brace, I wear ankle brace but you should try running. I slowly got into it. at first I didn't see the point then run for 5 minutes then walk for 10 minutes then run again. some how fit running for at least 5 minutes into you work out. It help me lose 68 Lbs

I just wanted to mention that the fiber one brownies are good..I like them better cold, so I keep mine in the fridge and have one after dinner :)

you should also try skinny cow chocolate... i dont like chocolate that much, but those are great!
