Thanks for the Tutorial… The guys that installed mine today evidently forgot to leave an Owners Manual. This GE is alot different than my Whirlpool Quiet Partner. Whirlpool is never ‘silent’ Def not like this GE. Ive had problems figuring IF it was on or not. My last Dishwasher kicked the bucket when 2yr old Grand daughter not only messed w/ buttons but decided to go Sit on door one morning. 🤫🤫🤫 Needless to say the Lock button feature is my Fav. Until your video i thought “door lock” meant door was locked & ready to start. Glad im not only one w/ Child (grandchild) that finds buttons interesting ESP when sneaking! Thanks Again!
I'm glad I came across your video. I have complained about a foul smell coming from my apaetment GE dishwasher Model #GDF630PGM6WW. The handyman showed me that water was to the brim of the filter compartment. No food was in it or on the filter. After running the wash cycle, the compartment is now half full of water. In your video the water drained. In mine it did take drain like your video. I'm told to run it every 2 days. I don’t understand that because the water is STILL in the compartment. Can you tell me why??? GE can't help me because they agent familiar with this problem. Please help me. Thx
How do you turn it off if not using it? We’ve had ours for about 5 years and we’ve been leaving it opened a little so it doesn’t stay on and just today I replaced the circuit board.

General electronics products are horrible.
No? I’ve had a GE dishwasher that is 15 years old. It works wonderfully. All of my appliances are GE. And they work like a charm.
My old GE with dials worked like a charm. The pushbutton model isn't user friendly.
