Does wix allow you to code just HTML and CSS.. I tried the coding tab and it only shows JavaScript and CSS but not HTML.

For some reason, it hasn’t been working for me either. But I have heard that Wix is working on adding the ability for Adobe Fonts in the near future.
Google doesn't index CSS images

You need to create a CSS class, but it hasn’t been working consistently yet. It’s still a beta feature pretty much.
I can't even find the coding button, therefore, I cannot edit CSS. Could you help me out?
My guess is you're using Wix Editor instead of Wix Studio Editor to create your website. The feature he is showing is only in Wix Studio Editor.
