Imagine, if they had been gone missing from April 7th, 2017, to November 4th, 2022. They wouldn't believe, what all has happened
josh's wife acting was so good... the way she ran and scene was so emotional
It was 36 hours from the time the plane landed until they were allowed to meet back up with their families and leave. I would've liked to have seen the reactions of Grace, Olive, Ben and Michaela's father, Lourdes, Jared, and others when they very first got the news about Flight MA 828's landing, whether it was by phone, or newscast, whatever ... Maybe they might still show it in flashback scenes. That would be really cool!

Manifest is what an SF drama series should always do best. That's telling atmospherically smart and strong stories. I'm really looking forward to Season 2. 🖖🏻

Like they could've planned something like that as insurance fraud, ack! *hates corporate greed*. :( They could really use that $800, especially while Ben is still looking for a new job. It is soooooooo true. It seems that everytime I get hooked or invested in a show like this, on CBS, NBC or ABC, it gets cancelled.

Good thing you were wrong. They show heavily dives into the sci fi element. Seasons 1 & 2 on Netflix now.

This is already the second series I see with Josh Dallas as one of the main actors.
In the first "Once upon a time" Prince Charming / David does not have the chance to raise his daughter Emma. And here in the "Manifest" Ben doesn't have a chance to raise his daughter either.
But hey, at least they both get a second chance with the boy. 😂😂

We’re nearing the end of Season 3, and I honestly can’t tell you what we’ve figured out about the flight. I fear this show is going to get canceled and we’ll never find out anything. There’s a LOT to answer.

I just realised the storm was from 2:58 through 3:26...which is 28 seconds (part of the number 828)!
I liked the first episode and I'm looking forward to the rest of the season but I can't shake the nagging feeling that this series is The 4400 reworked. The 4400 was a USA network series about 4400 people who were mysteriously returned to earth, all of them had gone missing from different periods in time over like the last 100 years and they started demonstrating various psychic or supernatural abilities.

The plot of Heroes wasn't as close to this as The 4400 was

The thing is that if too many people choose that option, it will get cancelled because of bad ratings lol.
For those of you who know this as a real incident and not a movie...perhaps the "reason" they were transported five years into the future was to save the little boy's life from leukemia. You see...if he would have landed in his own time he would have died but five year's later they had a cure and his life was saved. You may think it is silly but some people will do anything to save a little boy's life. It is my theory but I think this really happened and that is why it happened.
What if MH370 went through that? I’m just saying

This was similar to an episode from The Twilight Zone "The Odessy of Flight 77". An airplane flying from New York to Chicago hits turbulence and enter a time when the dinosaurs roamed the earth. They leave, hit turbulence again and approach Chicago, only it's during the era of the World's fair. The show ends with the plane still flying, trying to get back to their own time.

Sounds reminiscent of the time-space sci-fi travel TV series from the mid-late 1990's, _Sliders_ starring Jerry O'Connell, Sabrina Lloyd and John Rhys-Davies; except it involved some advanced mathematical/physics formula not an airplane. The first season (and cliffhanger) was great; but then it went downhill after they changed some of the main plot and cast members. Seems like an airplane traveling through the distant past would run out of fuel before too long.

Don't travel to 2020 and 2021. We have a crapdemic known as COVID-19. Travel back to 2019 (one year before that) and stop COVID-19. If you're in 2018, you're also still lucky. You could still enjoy the freedom and normal lives that we don't have now.
A character that should be apart of the show's cast is a soldier, who was returning to see his family
