couldn't figure out how to use my new pilers and was almost in tears until I came across this video! You saved my sanity and my craft project! Thank you!!!
Hi, I bought the Prym pliers a few months ago and watched other tutorials on how to use it, I thought I must be useless because I just couldn't understand how to use them. This is the best one I have watched non of the others went into such detail. Thank you so much.
Best tutorial I have seen on these Prym pliers. Thank you for taking the time to show every tool and what they are used for. I can now use them without worry...
what a life saving video this was for me!!!!!! omg first time trying to use these pliers....got very frustrated until I watched your vid.....love how you explain things step by step....also the detailed little square pic was awesome! you explain things so clearly tyvm for teaching me how to use this tool.....my snaps went in great!
Brilliant tutorial. Love the simplicity. I was a bit stuck when I received mine today as no instructions, but you're so clear and helpful without over complicating anything. Thank you x
Excellent instructions! Mine came without any instructions and watching a video without words just didn't work for me. You made it easy! Thank you so much!
I love my prym pliers for eyelet setting so much that I decide I needed a second pair (one for cutting and one for setting) so naturally it was only sensible to give the snaps a try. I was so confused by them when they first arrived, like "how do they fit together with the spikes in the way?" I fully giggled at that first squish! This video was really clear and now I'm going to put snaps on everything, as well as eyelets! Xx
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have been pratting about with these for ages - I can do rivets with them but came to the plastic snaps last night and couldn't make any sense at all. Your tutorial was so clear (the little inset pictures of the pieces made it very clear which bits you were talking about) and helpful. Once again - thank you.
Hard to find videos for these pliers so this will surely help people who have them. They are very easy to use. Thanks for posting. Just one little thing though: The small metal part with the 2 open ends does fit into the pliers either way; one side cuts 3mm hole and the other a 4mm hole. Cheers.
Great video! If you're trying to put in the shaped poppers (hearts/stars/flowers) that don't fit perfectly into the white disc part.... how do you keep them still/get them in nicely? Mastered the circles now but pulling my hair out at the shaped ones!
do you have a part# or model #? I'm not finding these anywhere............I need to add eyelets to a shirt pattern and would prefer to use a pliers as opposed to the little metal tool you hit with a hammer. thanks
Thank you. Very helpful video. Now just need to go and buy the pliers. Do you have a video on just sealing holes for threading ribbon through? Anne Henry
Thank you so much for posting this...I think I might have thrown the pliers out of the window without anything visual to follow. I am on IG as "sewmadwithlove" and will share a link to this video if that;'s ok?

Your sweet, down-to-earth video helped me to understand how to use this gadget that came with no instructions. Thank you so much!
Brilliant, I struggled with the official Prym tutorial but using yours it was much easier to follow. Thank you.
Thank you so much! Soup bowl on a plate - I love it. Now I can snap away quite happily because you've shown me what all the different bits are for!
Thankyou, that's the best demo I've seen for using these frustrating little critters, easy when you know how 😄
Finally I understand how it works. Thanks so much for the tutorial.

Thanks this was really helpful!
So helpful - thank you! Do you find these fasteners work on most fabrics? Hoping that they will for cotton as well as jersey...?
Do these pliers also work for the open metal snaps?
I want to get me one of those. You did a great job of explaining it, thank you very much
Thank you :-) My set came without any instructions!
