Are you using a miller multimatic 220, I bought one and have trouble getting mine set right, for my boat build. what settings are you using for 1/8 and 1/4 and what wire? Thanks boat looks awesome!!
Too many... if your competent welder you could finish the hull in a week, and the rest really depends how close you pay attention to the details. Over all for us I'd say we've put like 500 hours in maybe, hard to say for sure
Im hoping you see this but I have the same setup as you. You obviously took apart the IBR bucket and arm (which is hull mounted) and then later on I see you had a limp mode from having it disconnected. How did you fix that? and I also see that you're using a different bucket/steering nozzle?
Hey man, yeah the stock bucket ibr system from the seadoo just wasn't going to work for us so we deleted it and had to get a "DashPac IBR DELETE FOR ALL SUPERCHARGED SEA DOO IBR SKIS" from 4tec-performance. And then also just ordered a regular nozzle and bucket set up from eBay
@@LoganPehota Thanks for the response! Ive been watching your series on repeat...helped alot. I'm sure I'll have more little odd questions for ya if you don't mind 🤣👍🏼
Hey Logan. When you were setting the carbon ring seal how much pressure would you say was put on it with the bellow. The donor ski I got was already ripped apart so I’m un aware of the factory set up. Thanks man. Your build is awesome
@@LoganPehota ok awesome. I just didn’t want to cut the aluminum to short but I guess there’s some room to play with it on there. Thanks for getting back to me man it really helps
Nice build! Thanks for the video
Out of all the videos, you go the most in depth and show everything you do.. props to you man! 👏

Question for you. Do the brass auto bilge and water inlet fittings thread into your pump adapter plate?
Had to tap them
Looks good man! I’m looking at ordering a hull this month. Just trying to figure out which brand to buy!
Jet stream is the way to go💯💯💯
Moto Jet* has really been a great design as well, looking to order one within the next year!
I wonder if you can buy the hull already welded and assemble the rest yourself.
you can
Would it be cheaper to just buy just the motor vs a sea doo and trailer ?
Hard to say, try PowerPlants R Us
Hey Logan. Do you know what grade the aluminum they use . Just wondering for filler material
How many hours do you figure you have in the build? How much of that is welding and grinding time?
Thanks for the great video!

I wish I had an answer for you but we also aren't super sure. I just squeezed it pretty hard with booth hands and got him to tighten it for me

Where did you get the door hinges?
Nice work man. I’ll be starting one shortly. By chance do you remember the tube size in the intake you ordered
can i buying engine only in shop? what name?
if use took the intake off the engine there would of been heaps of room to remove it
Why can I not find the first video of the series?
