Great weather, sunny, blue skies, very nice but it’s just as nice when it rains or snows, it’s the area, love Nagoya and all of Japan, if I could live there id considered myself fortunate. Baring earthquakes it would be perfect in my view but but such place doesn’t exist, we have earthquakes here in California as well...
