Fun fact Nagoya Castle was founded by Tokugawa Ieyasu in 1612. In 1610 Tokugawa Ieyasu ordered for the construction of Nagoya-jo to show the pride of the authority in Owari
I've missed the festivals you used to visit regularly, the Obon festival was great! Hopefully, we can finally beat down COVID once and for all, we can get all of our lives back to normal, and you can see more festivals! 😉
@@Rambalac It all comes down to the people, the friendships, the atmosphere. I don't care if a city has nothing special if the people are really open, friendly and the girls are awesome ;)
For many people, the destinations for getting off the Shinkansen from Tokyo are often Kyoto and Osaka. So sadly the nickname of Nagoya is "getting off halfway" ...
I always enjoy these walks.! It's nice to see what places look like outside of the Tourist Attraction areas.! That Playground was Seriously Overgrown.!
I love watching your walks through different locations, very soothing. Miss Japan a lot! I took my first visit in March 2020. Can't wait to go back again!
My first visit was march 2020 as well. Nagoya Castle was the last place I visited before going back to Tokyo to take my flight home. Can’t wait to go back!
Great stuff! What a happy atmosphere. It never occured to me before that the My Neighbour Totoro intro song is very much like an Obon song! Stunning castle too!
Marvelous and pleasing. Enjoyed this walked from the start to the end. Begin in crowded train (Shinkansen) station and end at secluded beautiful castle. Almost like a journey from present to the past. Thank you.
This one should’ve been titled, “Double Rainbow Over Nagoya” - the footage starting around 58:49 stopped me dead in my tracks and made me forget what I was doing. I had to watch it twice. Stunningly beautiful. 🌈🌈🥲
You'll often see stray cats around everywhere until you want to film one. The overgrown playground kinda creepy.. The weather is quite calm and chilly there too I see. Thankfully, no flood. This walk video are very tranquilizing. Great work.
Joy and calibrations of colures as you walk by residential aria Nagoya specially inside castle fire extinguisher truck passed by moment certainly no cates today.
I Love you JAPAN! So peaceful, beautiful and cleanest country in the world! Love and Respect. When you stay among those amazing people, even your mind all time keeps to be peaceful ❤️
I put your videos on my second monitor and let them run in the background while I'm working. It's great when I'm doing a particularly boring task to be able to look up and escape to a back alley in japan somewhere even if its just for a minute or so.
Dear Rambalac, what a beautiful walk today !! ... it has all the charms !! ... beautiful urban views, and comfortable access, bridge, river, your tea time !! :-) ...and a beautiful park with the imposing statue, perhaps of some famous Prince or Warrior from the place 41:19? ... The historical park of the beautiful fortress, with a song and dance festival with the joy of the public and as a closing clasp that sky of magnificent clouds tinged with gold by the last rays of the sun and nothing less than a wonderful Rainbow, perhaps waiting for you to go to look for the chest with the gold coins?... :-) maybe it was very hot in the park of the fortresses that is why the kittens did not leave their cool shelters🐱 59:05 Spectacular Sky !!! Thank you very much for this beautiful surprise today!!!... blessings and cordial greetings from the faraway Argentina :-)
Wonder what plates are on the truck. Tried to pause but couldn't really tell if they were "y" plates or not. SoFA; Status of Forces Agreement, attached to the US Armed Forces.
Hello, i loves your videos! Thank you for sharing!!!Did you held the stabilizer with hand for one hour, or using a strap? I can't imagine how tired it will be if you hold a stabilizer for an hour.
Really nice. Try to go country, small towns or villages. In Nagoya, in front of the acuarium, set a plaza with a monument in honor of Taro and Giro. Two survivers dogs of the artic expedition. There is the icebreaker too with the helicopter on top. Please try to go there.
When I start to miss Japan because of globally closed borders, I turn on a fresh walking video. I see that everyone, everyone, everyone walks in masks in the open air. Even more, they do it correctly, covering their nose. And I stop missing Japan.
Rambalac... you should make a bitcoin wallet for receiving tips of Bitcoin or ethereum, everyone could just send any amount for support you know. These videos are just too good man such a great quality, not that you need money, but it would maybe give more opportunities for various other trips or places, new ideas maybe an equipment upgrade "can't imagine if it can even be possible to get better than this" or i don't know... just be aware that i'd be sure to send a few bucks every now and then :3 and many others too! Just a tip, you can disregard it if you want.
Living in Japan for 6 years, I have not been to Nagoya yet. I have been living in Kyoto. Thank you for sharing. My friend😊
Hello! Thank you for sharing your walk 🙇🏽♂️ it's really amazing, i wish you a nice day, take care!

I love your channel, your videos are so relaxing
Great video! I really like Nagoya, I think it's very under-rated city. Can't wait to get back.
Well, I don't see anything special in Nagoya city. There are some interesting places around it though, and it's close to Kyoto and Osaka.

I love how quiet and relaxed is the Japanese matsuri. In comparison, the Greek panigiri (Greek matsuri) is loud, like really, really loud!
Nagoya 😀 ! Utsukushi 😍👍
Therapeutic and relaxing :)
Was in Oki from 2011-2014, attended Obon Dance at Shuri Castle in Shuri, Okinawa. Amazing event, long storied history behind it.
Cool
名古屋はこれからリニアも通るからますます発展しそうで楽しみ😆
Man I miss Nagoya... It's almost two years since I last was there.. :(

My Japanese is a little rusty, but doesn't the street sign at 21:02 indicate a date of June 31st?

Why people didn't observe physical distancing?
Because they can think for themselves.

"До", как и "от", являются предлогами в русском языке.
@@Rambalac язык до Киеву доведёт, это точно
Само собой...До Киева...
Все вылизанно, рафинированно, кругом жесткий порядок и дисциплина. Наверное, трудно жить в такой стране. Но погулять забавно)
Жить в чистоте не бывает трудно! Приятно! Молодцы японцы!!!
