Perfect cooks can create the exact taste...either street chai or your grandmumz chai..they identify the taste. It's important what he said, too much will turn bitter..too less won't bring out the flavour...many people make tea...but those who love to consume the proper taste of any food or drink...will surely expect perfection. University level explanation on making chai...that wasn't an intelligent comment to make brother. You don't know the patience of perfection or perfection in patience.

Don’t cover and boil as per ur taste. If u want stronger tea flavour then boil longer if not then boil for lesser time
