There is something truly remarkable about deciding to change. Because it is a decision. I distinctly remember a moment in my life where I realized I could define myself differently. And, I worked on it reinventing myself into the person I wanted to be. I moved but even the people from my past hardly remember who I used to be. The one thing cancer or any illness cannot take from you is your legacy and your ability to become. It takes effort to change and willingness and acceptance of who you were and who you are. It is not for the faint of heart. But for those who are willing to see a second chance and grab it with both hands, the result is remarkable and moving. I have mad respect for your honesty and desire to create your own legend. I changed my story before I had cancer. To change yours in the face of it is simply brilliant. Rooting for you and hoping all goes well for surgery.

Dan sometimes talked about his "horrible person" past. I wonder what bad stuff he got upto when he was younger? It doesnt sound like typical lads stuff but things that may have been pretty bad. Its weird how cancer can totally change someone

I’ve Siam it before but you really are inspiration ❤️ I’ve had a tough time health wise this week myself unable to get out of bed for exhaustion and pain but after watching you getting out there and how your videos push you to do more I’m considering starting a channel for myself ..I fell my heath has killed my social life recently but I’m never t up to anything crazy but could probably manage to vlog..,one again thanks for documenting your struggles you have no idea the difference your making!!
