Unfortunately dr. Bredesen is right! Even though I am very thin person, I suffer from insulin resistance and have horrible metabolic parameters.

You must apply yourself and study like your life depends on it because it does.
Hi Ruth, I worked in a medical field so I'm not having trouble following him , although the acronyms ( letter words) slow me down also. I can understand if you don't have any background in human anatomy and physiology this could be tough to follow. One suggestion lookup any words you don't understand ( like fructose, insulin, pancreas , hormone) then listen again and see if you understand more . He also has published books written for the general public.
