When we visit Scotland and especially from about Loch Lomond and above we start to feel our shoulders drop and our pent up stress of the world of today be released . The mountains, woodlands , coastline and nature in Scotland are something else 😊 Your calming vlogs also really help with stressful times. I recognize the place where you and your husband were married! It is a striking and quintessential area of the Highlands. Must be so sweet and romantic every time you visit. My great granny is from the west coast of Ireland and I've visited there. The geography is similar in many places. I recently found out I'm Scots on my mother's side which is not one bit a surprise. I felt that too, though of course the Celts of both countries have so much in common. Traveling back and forth was relatively easy even hundreds of years ago. At its closest a trip from Ireland to Scotland is a mere 12 miles over the northern channel. I haven't yet been to Scotland but it is very much on my list! Thank you for another beautiful video and I hope you have a wonderful Autumn week. That pumpkin apple cake looked different than I imagined. I'd love the recipe! I make pumpkin bread..you know, dense, moist and sweet almost like a muffin. I like to add various things like chocolate chips. Or, drizzle a maple glaze on top.
