For fitness and sharpness use one plan for your starters and one for your bench and it will genuinely work out a bit better where you don't have to do it individually every game

Been following the series the past few years (and loved it), but this Tanner special treatment has been insane.

It's not special treatment, the poor GKs have been a feature over the last few episodes. So we're just making it fairer.
It is the gameplay mod, it's not perfect but damn close to being perfect. So we just try and improve it any way we can.

Sharpness would be zero though. I prefer to keep everyone on performance focused. Then rotate to balanced for anyone on low fitness

I’ve played only a little bit of career mode this year, especially compared to previous years but the sharpness/fitness thing is one of the worst things they’ve added in my opinion
