Showcasing my favourite Crusader PvE build to use for Dungeons farm, Raids and Challenge Rifts in the current meta. You will dominate Inferno 6 with these new essences! High mobility & High damage! I will be doing a full review, break-down and build guide in this video

• Paragon tree used here is Weaver!
• Without echoing shade this build will do ~30% less damage on the dummy (in a 10s burst). However, it is still quite strong even without especially in group play!
• Banner 30% extra duration shoulders (Folly Of Zakarum) could be a better choice for longer raids/gauntlet. You can take Luminous Reign Mainhand as the single essence for falling sword in that case if you want to use that variation. If you steamroll through content before banner expires then this isn't a great choice
Echoing shade adds so much damage but since it's mostly pve I don't have it ranked.
Cursed gear? Did I miss it?
Not using any since all my cursed gear has bad negative effects like less primary attack or less beneficial effect. 2pc lashed would work decently though. Also in case you didn't see it I updated this build for the new essence here: ua-cam.com/video/6cUdDc-73LU/v-deo.html

Glad I could update my PvE single target build after a while, thank you for the inspiration.
I would recommend one change tho. Punish(Observer) to Sacred Fire(Horn Splitter) which applies additionnal DoT and go well alongside this build. I tested it and damage output was higher.

Yes, this build could suit necro players since it utilizes a few summons! Going this route seems to be the strongest for crusader at the moment at least for pure damage output. It's not surprising that Auroth who shared the pure damage build has a lot of experience playing necro/summons! 😉

How do u get 2 banner charge
Also - I found 4p angmet + hornsplitter + sacred fire package works bettern for me than punish and banq/baron but as you said - everyone needs to test himself!
Yes highly depend on the gems/reforges you using too. I tested sacred fire many times and it always performed poorly for me. Had friends that did more damage with it though. It also has more range which is a bonus so I had to mention it as a viable option
@@Mao_DI I very much like Punish with Observer but after a lot of tests today I found the version with 2 Baron's / 2 Angmet and Sacred Fire just did more. My reforges are 8x Damage to Summons, 8x Primary Damage, the rest are all 3x in Vengeance (Damage to Demons, IAS and some third). The summons are indeed what carries the damage output, but also the insane combo of high potency, Angmet 2 + Baron 2 with the fire banner and Torrential Refrain. A lot more experiments can be done as the interactions of both the banner and Torrential Refrain are all unfathomable :D
Are you sure Baron/Misery 1* worth it? Because Galadir - another YTber test Demoralize exploding all continuous dmg similar to Condemn. However with Viper/Seeping the explode dmg would equal that of 6 seconds, regardless of duration reduce or increase on target.
I agree with u, thats what i also used.. more burn = more trigger dmg
@tuantranthai6521 Hey! I think I found the video you're referring to? ua-cam.com/video/nwxDXTXt4rE/v-deo.html this one? I can see this player tested duration increase of vipers bite with increased potency (9 ticks instead of 6) while using the barbarian mainhand essence for demoralize. There are many things to consider.
1. The essence could be bugged compared to crusader essence
2. Legendary gem effects increased duration might not work with these type of essence
3. Baron set duration bonus might not be exactly the same as Potency duration bonus when it comes to the calculation of effect of these essence
IMO 1. or 2. is the most likely case. I admit I did not test as In-depth as Galadir in this interaction. For this specific Crusader build the damage boost from baron bonus is very noticeable. However, the biggest damage from a harmful effect is coming from the burning from fire banner skill rather than a legendary gem. I will do further testing on this and see if I can reach a more concrete conculsion to better answer you. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

4pc Angmet 4pc Urges seems to be better. I also use 4pc Shep 4pc Urges, since summons don’t proc 4pc Angmet. I push a consistent 3M over a half minute and 10-15M bursts from 0-5 seconds. Of course I have pure damage gems, Berserker/Pain Clasp/Lament/Fang/BsJ/Hope/Shades/Gloom helps a lot in that regard

Hello Mao just wanna ask your paragon distribution in pve and in pvp if tank build
The strategy is similar for both PvE and PvP. First of all take all the nodes in the tree you will be using for PvE I like to use Treasure Hunter and weaver. I also like the additional inventory space that vanquisher gives. So I always fill those. After that I like to go through every tree and take all life and damage nodes. So I'll take every single node connected in the path to make sure all of those are taken (you can use the quick add feature to make this process a bit easier). I then like to do the same for armor penetration, then armor, then potency.
For PvP if you want to prioritize to be the tank, the tree I go for is warden (if you don't have saviour pet then gladiator could be better). You don't need the extra inventory space from vanuisher here...Then life damage nodes (same as PvE). Then armor, armor pen, resistance and finally potency. Hope it helps

Did not unfortunately. It could be even better! I feel like my setup at the moment helps me have good coverage across different classes/builds. If I had unlimited stones I would probably spend sometime rerolling. But it is honestly a pain to do it everytime

Potency or Resistance what do you prefer more?
Depends on the build you're playing. If you use a lot of CC or DoT effects then Potency is great. For this specific build and PvE builds in general I would say that potency is usually more useful than resistance since it will increase your damage output. If you are more of a PvP player then resistance is great especially if you are a melee/burst damage class

Try vanilla falling sword and hornsplitter+bristle with 4pc angmet/vithu instead
I’m running bsj/bh/gloom/roiling/pain clasp/fervent/lament/berserker and I get to 5M dps at 10s
Nice! I tried this combo and it was a bit lower damage for my setup. That's really nice dmg considering you not using echo shade! What reso if you don't mind me asking? The only issue I had with vanilla falling sword is the animation is too long and then you have less chance to deal damage with punish which is the 2nd highest damage source of the build. With forgotten savior the animation is extremely fast and spammable

On a different note, I’ve seen in your lingering wounds pet video, that your pet attacked the dummy. How do you do that? I’ve tried both, aggressive and defensive mode and my pet just doesn’t attack
This also almost my build i just dont have the horse, im using sacred fire burn also and the legs gives more dmg when enemy suffers(condemn)

@@Mao_DI im just new to crus, im a wiz/necro and my gems for dot. Necro essence similar to the shield of crus thats i find the build also. There are still many essences i need to crus thats why i dont have the horse.
Does pain clasp still work with torrential refrain? Cause if you triggering all continual dmg at once can pc proc?
Yes, it works very well since you are always reapplying a continual damage effect. I am using it myself and you can check the dungeon gameplay at 20:23. If you take a look at the buff bar in the top left you can see it is activated

I would suggest focusing on your gear combat rating and levelling up so you can catchup with others over the next few weeks/months. Hope this helps for now!

I had quite a few mystery legendary boxes left which I claimed once I switched class. I also had moonrite floora left which gives 1 legendary each time you complete it. Other than that open world farming is your friend!

i recently switched from pve spec to more pvp build, regarding reforge stones and gems and everything. 75% of this game is pvp based. winning roe. becoming immortal. shadow ranks. etc. i love pve and going pve spec but in this game theres not much pve end game content if any at all outside of WB which is minor. imo dont waste time on wasting money for pve builds if you are serious about playing this game.

There are some other 5* options depending on the build you play but they are hard to upgrade for F2P.
As F2P you can do well in PvE with a decent 1 and 2* setup! Focusing on a few 5* is OK depending on what drops

Blessed Pebble yes, berserker no. Berserker will only have you dying left and right. Very not a good idea to use that gem when you are constantly in the middle of the fray.
These guys never experience that because they are huge whales. 90 percent of their DPS comes from being huge whales.
